Amazing customer service
The customer service was amazing. I requested for the book to be done a little faster as I was time conscious, they were very generous and kind enough to put in an urgency and helped contact the production team to get it done ASAP. Also, After giving feedback about some ink stains, they immediately took action to print a replacement and organised for a proper quality check. This was recommended by a friend, and i would now suggest my friends to use Picsme because of an excellent service they’ve given me. The gift receiver was thrilled to receive a wonderful book (high quality). Thank you!

I will definitely order again. Very good quality. They did miss one canvas but as soon as I emailed, they got back to me asap. They apologised, and it's currently on its way. So now, I can even say there customer service is excellent.

White strip on top!
The website, communication and service received was great. Sadly the picture (me and my granddaughter) did not fill the whole frame and a strip of white runs across the top of the facing canvas for 2-3 mm. so somewhat disappointed……

This is my 4th time ordering with PICSME (photo albums). I must say that if I am not happy with the quality, customer service, ease of creating and placing an order and very important the prices, I wouldn't be a returning customer. I highly recommend PICSME. I will be orderinf again. The quality of the photo albums per general is amazing, my friends and family were very pleased with them as they were given as gifts.
