Check your pictures before purchase!

We brought three photos at different times at the Harry Potter London Studio tour. The first two were great but upon returning home; we realised the third photo on the hogwarts Express was blurry!
Not great when it is £14 a photo. I emailed on the 30th June with no response so I chased up on facebook and told they would chase up.

They finally replied on the 5th July asking for a picture of the receipt which I no longer had but sent them the picture number and details on the 9th July after failing to find the receipt.

I have had no response since.

Horrible customer service for a unfocused photo.

Visited Sea Life Aquarium in Dallas &…

Visited Sea Life Aquarium in Dallas & purchased the digital package of pictures which has 6 of them. I am not able to download any of them. When I go to the customer center for help it tells me that the site is not found. I did send sea life an email but I am trying to also find a number to call them as well to complain. I will also be going on the BBB to report them. This is very aggravating & such a scam of a company.

I never could get the code to work

I never could get the code to work. There was no support on the website. When I searched for Picsolve, I could not find the right contact. I had to go back and try to contact the hotel where I paid for the digital files. They had to transfer me to someone who tried to help. I tried to email the code, but they could not retrieve any photos. The credit card I used wants documentation that I tried to resolve this with the merchant but there is no direct contact. This is a waste of time. So sorry. I would only advise people to buy a photo on site but don't rely on any digital code. WHY would they not put a support number on the website unless this was deliberately a scam so you wouldn't get your photos? This should be reported to the BBB.

The Picsolve Customer Service is the…

The Picsolve Customer Service is the worst I've ever experienced. I reached out to them because upon entering the codes, I was still unable to download my photos. They asked me to send them a photo of the receipt, so I replied to their email with a picture of is. They said they couldn't see it and asked me to send it as an attachment (picture file) which is what I did the first time. I told them I would just like a refund, and they didn't respond for THIRTEEN days. I followed up to say I was still awaiting a response, and they closed my ticket with NO RESPONSE. I will be reaching out to the business today with feedback on this scam of a company. Do not buy pics from any business that used their services. It is not worth it.

Awful company. Cannot download my pics. Customer service does not respond

I visited Madame Tussaud’s museum in Washington, DC on May 25, 2019. They took 8 pictures of me and charged me $26.50 and gave me a link to their picsolve website to download the pictures. I tried numerous times to download the pictures using the provided link and pic codes but I got an error every time I tried. I wrote four emails in two weeks to the picsolve customer Service asking for help or refund and they completely ignored me. This business is unethical. Please avoid them and don’t purchase pictures from them or you are likely to go through the same experience as I have and many others who left this bad business very bad reviews.

If I could rate them less then one star…

If I could rate them less then one star I would. Worst customer service ever and slow as snails! Biggest joke ever! And customer service lacks in every way! I spent extra to get digital copies and am still unable to access them. Even after emailing and speaking to customer service. 5-7 days to resolve the issue is ridicules as I paid over 50.00 for crap service.

So bad to use

Not being able to download all my photograph's in one click and the fact that when you select to download a photo it sends you back to the top of the page, some complete moron has written the software for this, if i could get my money back i would as this is far to stressful

Awful. Customer service don't reply

Bought two digital photos from London Eye in April. Only able to download one (which itself is poor quality). Have contacted Picsolve a few times; receive acknowledgements, but that's all.

Bought 2 digipasses for my daughter as…

Bought 2 digipasses for my daughter as a birthday treat for her friend at Thorpe Park and now can't access any of the photos from the whole day! Contacted picsolve, who still haven't replied. What a waste of money, let's hope they eventually contact me back with the photos retrieved or give a refund..... Although not holding out much hope.

Amazing!

Have been exchanging emails with the company since my visit to Alton Towers. Unfortunately there was a problem with my photo pass at the resort and they informed me all of my photos had been lost. Devisated, I emailed picsolve to see if there was anything they could do. Within a few days they emailed me saying they would be able to retrieve my photos if I could supply them with ride, times and the number of my photo pass. After a few weeks I now have my photos. The customer service was great.

Avoid do not buy images from any…

Avoid do not buy images from any resort. Purchased a one day all images pack £30 from AltonTowers. Scanned our codes at every ride. Told they were added. Tried to download them that day, next day, day after, sent an email to picsolve. Got an automated reply. No one has contacted us. Images still cannot be seen or downloaded. Dreadful.

Awful company

Absolutely disgusted that Picsolve have…

Absolutely disgusted that Picsolve have removed all of my pictures that I thought were safe on the app. I paid a lot of money to have two digi passes and all pictures have been permanently removed by them without my permission. The customer service rep I spoke to was absolutely disgusting and very unhelpful pretty much told me they were gone, I was now being removed from their records and get on with it. Disgusting!

After paying for 2 digi passes for Lego…

After paying for 2 digi passes for Lego Land Windsor costing £60 we never got a confirmation email they said it would be added to the 2 day holiday reference number. We only got 2 pictures. I complained to Picsolve was asked to send pictures of the digi pas wrist bands they confirmed that only 2 pictures had been taken now they want proof of the purchase but Lego Land Windsor say they send the payment details to Digi Pass and have no records even though they took the payment over the phone.
Picsolve refuse to give a refund even thought they know we have sent them the pictures of the passes and even said they have only found 2 pictures.
WARNING DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON DIGI PASSES AS IT IS A BIG RIPOFF

Digipass picsolve - shocking company with no morals.

We were at Alton towers and did the day pass for photos to catch our children’s first time on rides - June 2018. When we came home and tried to view photos none there. Contacted PICSOLVE who tried to find our photos but then they just ignored my emails when clearly they couldn’t find them. Absolutely disgusted with them and now ready to take the matter further. DO NOT USE digipass with picsolve - shocking service.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud - they make claims about services and then does not follow through. They do not give you what you pay for and then keep your money! They promise to give you photos online but the quality is terrible! Barely better than a Thumbnail of the picture For they price they charge ($20.00 a picture) These should be print quality! They are thieves. Especially those at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida! Do not buy any pictures from them! Do not believe any promises they make. They are liars!
