I purchased a perennial license for this software some years ago. I asked at this time to move MY license to another server as the previous one is down but was denied. They are forcing me to activate a subscription service with a cost of several thousand per year. If the license is perennial I have the right to move it as many times as I want. Unfair company. In the end I went back to the old Windows task manager which works excellently.
Quality customer Service
Program was working fine, then we hit an issue. Tech support fixed it as quick as possible. And now I can back to scheduling emails to send out exciting spreadsheets to my colleagues

VisualCron is an excellent product. I use it for many of internal document movement processes and it has replaced many processes that used to be manual. Support is also 5 star.
I've been using VisualCron for a little over two years now and I have to say, it is by far the best automation software we've tried, for a number of reasons. I'll write a short summary of the main reasons this software stands out to us and why we'll keep staying with them.
First of all, if you put the number of tasks, combination of variables and all the other features you can use in it , in relation to it's price and compare it with other automation softwares, you quickly see that you get way more per dollar spent on this software than on (at least the ones i've tried previously) other similar products.
Secondly, their support is outstanding. I'd even go as far as to say it's probably _the_ best support experience i've encountered so far and i'm sure it's one of the things they have built a reputation of by now. It's a combination of both the swiftness of their response-times , the way they take care of me as a customer and make sure that I go satisfied and that my problem is throughly dealt with. They are very pedagogical and uses screenshots and other ways of simplifying things.
I _strongly_ recommend this software to any company that is looking for automation solutions.
