Autodoc / Partex / Pieces-auto24.fr

I ordered a replacement fuel pipe with incorporated hand pump (part number 114460) Order number 50409707N for my car from this company, You should also be aware this company goes under various names Pieces-auto24.fr / Autodoc / Partex. After driving 10km with the new piece fitted it exploded leaving me stranded and my engine covered in diesel. 3 months of sending various emails with no result, i decided to raise a paypal dispute which got my money back for the piece. The company refuses to reimburse my expenses, but has since offered a 50 euros voucher. This was two months ago, but still has not arrived.
In summary the worst company i have ever dealt with in 40 years. Yes the parts are cheap, but now I know why! Strongly recommend you do not purchase anything from this company.
