returning customer

I'm a returning customer and this was my 3rd time doing business with these guys. I've never had any issues and the trade has taken place within a minute of payment every time. Nothing but positive things to say, do give them a poke if you wish to do business.

RED FLAG

DO NOT TRADE

14 July 2022 Account with multiple 99's has been permanently banned due real world trading. PieGP trades in non-members worlds to deliver the purchased gp, this will trigger the system and get you permanently banned. The ban was issued immediately at the trade with PieGP. The system will smash the banhammer right on your account.

Hello DC,

I'm sorry that this happened, to lose an account is never something we want to see. I would like to clarify the situation as it seems you believe that the ban is somehow related to us or our practices which is not the case, the account that fulfilled your order is not banned and is actively trading our customers without issue, if it were otherwise we would claim full responsibility.

We have been in this market for 7 years dealing exclusively in RS GP, we are one of the few shops that holds their own stock instead of using third parties to complete orders, this allows us to ensure the highest security for your account, it also ensures best practices are made on our behalf as we do not want to make any losses to bans.

For a ban to be issued immediately this can only be caused by your account receiving a "flag" for RWT, upon placing wealth on the account you triggered the flag and thus were banned. This is an automatic process, this is not manual and usually indicates that you were either involved in selling GP or had previously received warnings on your account for involvement in RWT, in both of these cases we are not accountable, there is not a single GP seller that could have allowed you to avoid this ban. If our account had also received a ban this would be a completely different story but that has not happened.

I really hope that you understand the information I have provided, I cannot, unfortunately, go into further detail as it would be giving away our secret recipe which has allowed us to remain in this market as long as we have.
