Terrible quality pans that are unsafe to use, non-responsive customer service

Terrible quality pans with glass lids that shatter. They are unsafe to use and the interiors get scratched at the slightest touch from utensils of any material. Their customer service is IMPPOSSIBLE to come in contact with. I am so deeply disappointed after replacing my whole kitchen set with this brand, thinking I was upgrading when in fact I spent a bunch of money on the worst pans I’ve ever owned.
