I love my new pillow.

I love my new pillow. I was surprised how it cocooned my head and supported my neck so comfortably and easily. The tightness in my neck had been getting worse but it is definitely improving

Getting used to this new pillow

I bought the product because the reviews were good. So far it’s taking a little getting used to but by and large I’m having a positive experience.

I was so wrong

Honestly, this was an impulse buy (unusual for me). I've bought so many pillows and my neck/shoulders continued to hurt. As a side, back, AND stomach sleeper, I had given up on finding a solution. Almost as soon as I processed the order, I chided myself, figuring it was a waste of money. However.... after a few nights sleeping with this pillow, my body began to feel better and I wasn't waking in the night with my neck screaming. While it's an odd shape, it's doing the job and I'm so thankful. Shipping was quick, but I wish I didn't get so many emails from the company.

I found the pillow to be high quality…

I found the pillow to be high quality but too firm for me. However, customer service was easy to work with, and gave me several options for return, or to try for a longer period. I ended up keeping and am finding I can use it for longer periods now (although not all night yet). Good company support.

Took weeks to get falsely advertised pillows

Took weeks to get the pillows, just to be as disappointed getting them..the pillows are unfortunately not as advertised, they are much flatter than what u see online, very squishy as well so there really isn't like much support either.. wanted to return these but they make you pay for shipping which doesn't make it worth it..

I’ve had my pillow for only 3 nights so…

I’ve had my pillow for only 3 nights so far and it has really helped my actual neck feel better. I do feel it could be a little softer because when I sleep on my side I find that I wake up with my ear really hurting. I’m going to continue to use it to see if overall, it gets better with time.

The service and notifications were…excellent

The service and notifications were 5 stars. The 2.0 pillow I am finding not very comfortable. It is a bit low for me and a too hard. After I bought it I saw your 3.0 and am wondering if the extra height would also make a bit more comfortable to lie on. I am a back sleeper with a very painful neck mostly to to degenerative disc issues and arthritis.

Best pillow out there

Side Sleeper Win!

I am a cpap wearer who also likes to side sleep some of the night. I had been experiencing my arm going to sleep before buying this pillow. I’ve noticed great improvement in my comfort regarding side sleep because of the design of the pillow. I am finding the pillow to be a little on the firm side, but it needs the structure to do what it does for spine placement. It turns out, you can adjust the firmness by adding taking out the fill. Would recommend!

Don't believe the ads

Ads looked great that this Pillow would support my head and neck and help with sleep apnea.
Pillow is so much flatter than they show. Also really firm so it doesn't give any to support your head or neck.
Tried to return both and received many offers of a discount to keep them. They wanted to charge $35 to ship them one state over from me. Ended up keeping them but will never use them so they will be trashed.

Scam pillow company

UPDATE- The only reason I bought these pillows was because there was a video of Jen Hamilton talkimg about how great they were. I have simce learned that they stole her video, she wasn't even talking about Pillow Haven. It disgustes me that this company is that shady that they have to lie to get people to buy their pillows. I can't even return the BS pillows without having to pay for my own shipping. DO NOT BUY THESE, IT IS A SCAM.

Also- they paid me 20$ to leave my original "unsolicited" review

4 out of 5 due to the lack of traceability of my order. For I bit, I thought I was scammed, but then the pillows were delivered. These days being able to track a purchase is essential to creating trust in the purchase.

We ordered 2 pillows; my husband and myself.
I love mine(4 stars), I am a side sleeper. I would like to have the carve out for your arms much deeper than they really are. This is not as great as advertised.
My husband does not use his- he found it to hard. He actually has more neck pain than me, so I was really hopeful he would love it. He does sleep mostly on his back. He gave the pillow a 3star.

I bought a pillow for everyone in the family. I got weird looks until they all realized how good they felt after using their new pillows. We all have different sleeping habits and back issues, these pillows really do help.

My wife is forever grateful!

I was a heavy snorer and also had sleep Apnea...having purchased this pillow it has changed both - I now sleep with my mouth shut and do not have sleep Apnea - don't know how or why, but it has been transformational - My wife is forever grateful! Many thanks!

Restful sleep

I find that your pillow works yet I'm a broad guy and would need a little more in the lift it provides , but can honestly say that it will alleviate pain and help patrons with sleeping

Sore neck gone!

The pillows to a while to arrive but because of my emails I was offered a 50% refund on the price which is really good after sales service. The pillows themselves are great. They take a few nights to get used to because of the shape but I no longer wake with a sore neck hitch is the very reason I bought them in the first place.
