Breach of guidelines
High hopes for this pillow
I'm always a little skeptical when trying new things from online purchases but I'm excited for this pillow. I also bought one for my husband who has upper neck and shoulder pain. I like that they send you a tracking number for shipping info and it gives you a play-by-play of every step in the shipping process. I find they send too many emails but it's not unlike other companies. I'll need to try it out for a few months to really know how it performs but I have high hopes!

Another dishonest company
Do not expect a refund if you are dissatisfied with their product. Although their ad states -simply return it to us, and we'll issue a full refund—no hassle, no worries.
They DO hassle. You have to take pictures of your product and go back and forth in emails where they offer you a 20% then 30% refund to just keep the product. Another company getting rich by greed and dishonesty.

A Different Kind of Pillow
This pillow is a weird shape, and is probably firmer than I have liked, but it has stopped me from snoring at night and waking up every hour or so. It just works and I could not be happier!

Don't buy this pillow. The pillow is not very good to begin with. The front edge of the pillow lies on your jawline. I woke up every morning with my jaw hurting. This was the not so bad part. I contacted them to return the pillow and get my money back. They offered 20% of what I paid for it and to just keep the pillow. I said no. They then offered me 30% and to keep the pillow. I said no, I wanted a full refund. They gave me an address to send the pillow back to to get a 100% refund at my own cost. I boxed up the pillow and took it to UPS. It costs just as much to send this pillow back to them as it does to purchase it, so here I am stuck with a pillow I won't use. They finally offered me 40% back of the total cost for my troubles! EDIT: And the only way I can respond to their reply is by adding to my original post. We exchanged several emails for them to get it right and refund me my money at 100% and that didn't happen. So now they are asking me to reach out again? Should have gotten it right the 1st time.😂😂

Really, really LOVE this pillow
Bought it a month ago and my neck kinks have settled down! I look forward to going to bed and not tossing and turning, flipping my pillow and waking up with my neck jacked up. I had to add some height to the pillow to make it fit me perfectly (a suggestion their customer service gave me). I am buying one for my sister who suffers with migraines, hoping it will help her.

The pillow came very quickly and I’ve been using it for about a week. I absolutely love it! You wouldn’t believe how many pillows I’ve bought trying to find the right support for my neck and head. This one is perfect. It’s firm and seems to hold my head right where it needs to be without me trying to fold my pillow over etc. Love how it has the spot for my arm to wrap around as well. Highly recommend!

Great for neck pain.
I've had two neck surgeries thru the years. It has been difficult to find a comfortable pillow. This pillow for side sleepers is fantastic! I've never been so comfortable at night. I do wish the purchase came with a pillow cover. The separate price is too high and it makes me not want to order this pillow again.

Slow shipping bit worth the wait
It took a month for my pillow to arrive so i had several “rate the product” emails long before i had the pillow.
I slept on the pillow last night for the first time. I woke once to switch sleeping position but did not need to get up for the washroom. I slept two four hour stretches, something that hasn’t happened in a long time! I hope that as I am used to the pillow that this continues and maybe will help improve more!
