Pillow really comfortable and seems to be helping with neck and head aches straight away.
Delivery took a bit of time, but I am in the UK. The customer support updated me when I enquired about the delivery time.

Very nice product
Was skeptical about ordering, especially from online, without "seeing" the pillow. But when it finally arrived I was pleasantly surprised. After several night using it, i find I am sleeping better. Thank you for that bonus.

One night without…
Stayed in a hotel over the weekend without my pillow and even high quality conventional pillows kinda suck now. Just wish pillowcase options were available.

Helps with my snoring and CPAP use
I bought this pillow about a month ago. I have severe sleep apnea and have really been struggling with my CPAP. I would toss and turn and rip it off after an hour. I tried this pillow. At first I found it a little firm on my head probably from the CPAP strap, but after a few nights it's been working. I am able to stay on my back longer without tossing all night and I'm getting a solid 5 hours keeping my mask on. My wife also says, even if I do take off the mask I'm not snoring nearly as much.
