Pilot on i81 exit 100 PineGrove is excellent. Great parking even for beginners like me, exceptional showers, fantastic food and friendliness. Plus the Owner likes gods sport …. Cricket. HdeW

The staff, excellent customer service; however, the diesel pumps are past due in need of replacement. Everyday, 2 to 5 pumps are down. I visit almost everyday and 70% of the time I experience issues at the pump from not working at all, the computer not working, exceedingly slow pumps, DEF not working, pumps won't stay on auto, and the list goes on. This affects driver's time, by which they are limited, not to mention the aggravation of walking back and forth to the store and/or moving to another pump which means you have to get back in line and wait for an available pump.

First the lady that's over the food I guess was zazto her grown worker like a dog and us truck driver's as well. Then I thank she was a manager she had a light blue shirt on yelling at the workers for needing her and I know some was new cause they said it her words to them was 'im sick of having to stop what im doing to help I'm not the hnic' now this lady is a white lady her name tag said Charlotte it rubbed me the wrong way and im white. That's not how a leader should be. Jennifer it was on her name tag that helped out the new lady i told them that they were doing a great job and don't let nobody take it from them

My wife has stage 4 hodgkins lymphoma a port was done wrong and had to take her to the ER to seek medical treatment just for my boss Steve manager of pilot in Marshall Illinois location 1174 and he proceeded to tell me that my absence was unacceptable with two cashiers and one maintenance individual left to run for the night with just the absence of one less cashier when they had two with the absence of mine so now not only am I out of a job but my wife can now not get lodging for her bone marrow transplant due to me losing my job because I had to go with her to go and get medical assistance over her port.

The thing about pilot flying j is their truckstops are old and outdated they have been for years and now they want to remodel some of their stores lmao it's a joke while i appreciate the new stores I don't appreciate the stores closing their showers to remodel them I've been to 3 stores the last 4 days with the showers being closed. I'm so frustrated by these people I'm switching to the loves brand truck stops .the truth is when I buy 3000 gallons a month at a truckstop and can't even get a shower that's totally crap if they actually did the remodel 10 years ago when those stores needed it instead of letting them get run down and dilapidated they wouldn't be losing a customer but Jimmy Haslam was too busy trying to buy a nfl team instead of caring about his truckstops lol

The review is specifically for location in Sacramento, store # 879. Today we stopped only to do our laundry. We explicitly stated that we are leaving after that. An employee came to our truck 5 times to tell us to leave!! We didn’t occupy a reserved spot, we didn’t park as i$iots, and we weren’t staying overnight. This attitude is obnoxious and unacceptable. No respect for the drivers and the fact that they live in their trucks most of the time. We were only doing laundry. Unbelievable, shameful and inhumane. Shame on you, Sacramento Flying J # 879!

Pilot/flying j done really lost they self I guess I won't be showering with them anymore.. ill be showering at Loves from here on out.. I can't take the nastiness they don't even clean their showers anymore like they used too.. all across America.. the company I drive for only

Well I go into rockdarn Rd store all time now they have a employee there name BRENDA rude an bad attitude an told me I could go somewhere else because she works there has personal problem with me an I never said anything out way to women nothing I just wanted gas an wouldn't sell me gas an started blurting out prfan an bad gester towards me an was yelling something that I'm sure. Is lie to police trying get the cops in store on me no reason an she one talk out here buy methanfedamane

Fuel prices too higher then others always

Overnight staff Tareka and Brandon provided great customer service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the store was very clean

Fix your pop machines are always down never has any Mountain Dew or anything of the sort clean your restrooms and your store I'm going to find another store to go to it's the worst And it's not just one of their stores in Indianapolis it's all 3 pilot loves and flying j's flying j's likes to lie and say their out and then they put diet Mountain Dew product in its place

Pitiful. If I had a choice (which I will as soon as I go under my own authority), it will be Love's for me. No question.
Pay at the pump almost never works, you have to go in and wait in line, usually dirty restrooms, the rewards program sucks. Insulting. Pitiful. I'm not a fan at all.

Keep your food & shower receipts. You're bound to get sick or catch some type of disease from the shower. They are beyond FYUCKING FILTHY & NASTY. The FYUCKING toilet has NOT been cleaned in years it's nasty AF all kinds of germs, viruses and bacterial lurking for a host. They have the audacity to want to hold on to your card until you bring the key back.The nerve of their dirty self.The food looks like it's been sitting since the day before yesterday. The employees eat in the food station as food fall out ugh.They just nasty. Trash piled up by the wall in the hallway. I have pictures they're worth a thousand words. Pilot has absolutely NO appreciate for Pro Drivers or anyone else that patronizes they business you can tell by how FyUCKING yucky the showers are.

I wasn’t aware that if I buy merchandise I have to go to self check out. I was at the store at exit 1 , south side of I- 95.
There were three people working there and I was the only customer . Wayne, an employee rudely told me I was at the fuel cash and needed to use self checkout.
The only reason I need the “fuel” check out is for my fuel receipt. Love’s have a slot with the pump number and I take the receipt and go.
Not right , come in and buy merchandise but don’t talk to us. Is that your company pledge.
BTW I came in for the food, which is tasty!

To be fair I have visited two pilots so far and the one in Franklin ohio is superb! An excellent place I will continue to frequent HOWEVER the Eaton ohio location is TERRIBLE SUPER RUDE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THAT LOCATION AGAIN! Tried to make me pay AGAIN after I showed receipt having already paid ! This was for a shower by the way also tried coming in on me in the shower

Trying to add EFS card to my mobile app for fueling. Company reused an old card from diffrent driver. Can't find this guy to remove the card from his app Pilot won't do it other driver no one can find has to do it. Pilot is going down hill fast with bad service, dirty stores and out of product end of every month. Loves seems like a better. house for my business

This is a review for my recent visit to the Pilot Truck Stop located in Bellemont, AZ.

Was just looking around trying to figure out what I wanted. Guy, in a Vest who was standing behind the counter, was just standing there staring at me while I was in the chip aisle, like I was trying to steal something. Then he asked me if I needed help finding something, like it was against Pilot policy to look around 😂 I told him not anymore and left.

I saw him outside and told him that I wasn't trying to steal anything. And he says I look like I am on Meth 😡 I don't do drugs, nor do I even smoke or drink. I am just a full-time Nomad who has been doing Doordash in Flagstaff and can't afford to eat that much due to bills and fuel as I am in a truck. Currently, I am about 30 pounds underweight.

I come to this Pilot almost every day, but now they have officially lost my business. I will continue to fuel up here as it is the cheapest and get my regular 4 Hot N Spicy burgers from McDonald's. But I will no longer purchase anything on the Pilot side, except for fuel.

Note: Went inside to ask who that guy was, and the women behind the counter acted like she had no idea who he was 🤔 Yes, the same person that was literally standing behind the counter staring at me.

This tells me that they don't care about customer service at all!

Purchased a $25 instacart gift card with. 1000 point deal on my pilot card. Paid cash for the card. Opened an instacart account, placed an order with the gift card and my amex for $66 at Costco, all went through them I get an order cancelled email for fraud. My amex was refunded but the gift card was marked as fraud. I will never fall for the pilot gift card trick again. The review below same thing. Sad business. Thankfully I'm only out $15 bucks.

I was robbed at Pilot of $240. Their product, a pre-paid Green Dot card was purchased and loaded in their
Decatur, IL store. Before I left their store, my $240 had vanished off the card leaving me 3 whole dollars! Green Dot says they are not liable. Pilot says they are not liable. Who the hell is then?!?! The cashier helped me activate it then denies that she did. ITS ALL ON CAMERA!!!! Neither company looked at any footage and I'm out $240 my grandson and I desperately needed and still want back. I've boycotted both businesses and have several others on board that know my grandson's story. You will lose that $240 ten fold and then some you theiving <%$##*! You are guilty Pilot and Green Dot of negligence at the very least!!!! Shame on you both.....
