Horrendous Solar Support
Pinergy's Solar side of the business is truly horrendous. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
We have 2 major issues with our system which knocked it offline completely and on each occasion has taken weeks to get any support. Endless phone calls go nowhere, they do not answer email threads on their support ticket system.
I am currently without my solar for 3 full weeks with zero support.

Level pay isn't
Pricing okay, customer service frustrating, will not accept that their so-called "level pay" system is anything but for customers with solar. App could also be better.
Payments were initially set at over €300 per month, fixed for 3 months, so they direct debited almost €1000 in the first 3 months with them, even though my average usage is around €40 per month, before solar credit.
It's very annoying (especially as a hard of hearing customer) having to phone them up every couple of months to get a refund of these overpayments.
It's also frustrating that the app only shows graphs of usage, not export.
