I was attracted to Pinewoods by the price of a mole removal, having been left in shock by prices elsewhere. Despite the price being considerably lower than all others I looked at, the expertise and level of care I experienced at Pinewoods was second to none. I am extremely pleased, and so glad I took the leap to have my unsightly facial mole removed by laser.

From start to finish, everything flowed in a timely, considerate and professional manner.
Staff were brilliant, and put you at ease immediately. Everything explained thoroughly, and communication was brilliant, telephone, emails.

This was a review visit for a previous procedure with Mr Laycock and, as usual, was conducted in a very professional and caring manner. I also had some additional laser treatment, which was carried out efficiently and with minimal discomfort. Nurses Jodie and Victoria, and Fabienne on Reception, make up a friendly, caring team. It is a pleasure to visit Pinewoods and I would recommend it to anyone.

Debbie their consultant has supported me so much & advised me on a diet that quite frankly has changed my life for the better. I can’t recommend her enough. She is so professional & knowledgeable too 💕

Pinewoods was suggested to me by a family friend. I found the clinic really welcoming from the outset. The admin staff were very warm and professional and put me at ease. Dr Laycock and the support staff were great. He listened attentively to my concerns regarding my situation and explained clearly and concisely what treatment path I required. I picked this clinic because of the expertise of the consultants. I had a lipoma removed from my shoulder and the whole process was handled in a very professional way. From my initial appointment and then the procedure itself i felt like I was in safe hands.
The clinic is conveniently located and is a calm and welcoming space to be in.
All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Dr Bontea explained everything to me in my consultation and completed the procedure within a timeframe that worked for me.
I would definitely use this clinic again and I have already recommended it to friends and family.

I would just like to say how happy I am with my results so far. I decided to have a course AlumierMD facial peels with Jodi as I just felt that my skin was starting to look really dull and dehydrated. When I had a consultation with Jodi she talked me through what was involved and also spoke to me about what AlumierMD I products I could use at home. So far I have had 2 facials and I have been use 2 of there products at home. My skin feels so soft and super hydrated and I actually feel stranger writing this by skin looks like glass. I was a bit unsure about buying there products to use at home because they are not cheap but honestly worth the money. But on the plus side it is my birthday on 1st July so now when people ask me what I want I actually tell them 😊
