I couldn’t be happier with every single treatment I have had at Pinewoods. I’ve had dermatology appointments for skin cancer and had my cancer removals performed there and I have been so pleased with every procedure. You feel reassured and in the best hands always. I have to mention Jodie as nothing is ever too much for her.

Exceptional care from the Pinewoods Clinic today. Fabienne on the desk was welcoming and friendly and the nursing staff were reassuring, kind and knowledgeable. Mr Thiru, the surgeon explained what was happening throughout my procedure and was highly skilled. He answered all my questions and I felt at ease. Jodie gave me clear after care instructions and advised to call anytime if I had any concerns. I look forward to visiting again in a couple of weeks to get my stitches out! Thank you!

I found Pinewoods Clinic when I was diagnosed with a SCC at a National Health hospital. I cannot recommend the clinic and the staff who work there highly enough. I had every confidence in Rob Laycock from the moment I met him and my procedure was carried out beautifully on the same day as my consultation. The clinic has such a relaxed atmosphere. All the staff are so friendly and pleasant. Special shout out to Jodie who is not only very knowledgeable but also so kind and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pinewoods to anybody and would confidently go back there any time.

Found out via NHS that I had BCC. Wanted it removed asap. Booked into Pinewoods with Dr Bontea. No long waiting times. Relaxed vibe in the clinic. Jodie who works with Dr Bontea is amazing. They both made me feel at ease and I can’t fault anything about the experience so far. Had my stitches removed Friday. Painless again thanks to Jodie ⭐️ will be back for histology and to check the healing process, very thorough.

Came to Pinewoods Clinic for mole removal, Dr Bontea delivered a no-nonsense, painless procedure in less than 20 minutes - wouldn't go to anyone else! The nurse was very attentive to ensure I was ok throughout.

First class and very professional experience. From the moment I arrived I was made to feel at ease by the receptionist. As usual Mr Laycock was fantastic and very helpful indeed. His knowledge and skill are without doubt top rate. Nurse Victoria was extremely kind and knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I would just like to thank the whole team for the tremendous treatment I received.

From making my appointment with a very understanding lady to my follow appointment, I can’t fault this clinic.
Mr Haughton put me at ease and explained everything to me.
Would not hesitate to return.

First class experience from start to finish. Rob and his team are so friendly and very professional. I was put at ease straight away chatting to Jodie and Fabian the receptionist when I first got to the clinic. Rob talked me through the procedure and included my partner, which was fantastic showing us pictures before and after the procedure and what to expect . The Clinic is lovely I felt very comfortable. I have recommended my procedure and Rob to several people already. I highly recommend this Clinic and Rob and his lovely team of ladies. I’m very pleased with my procedure and look forward to coming back again very soon. 😘

I attended Waterloo clinic for health check. The nurse noticed a blemish on my back and referred me to skin specialist who was on duty and diagnosed cancer cells with specialist camera. Operation was carried out 25 minutes later . Also had consultation with Libby who phoned me later in week with my blood test results. So many thanks to all the staff for their excellent treatment ( including coffee and sweets) only criticism was wished my blood results were better but as am 78 years old should not complain. Would recommend this clinic most highly

I’ve been going to the pinewoods clinic for some years now and Rob and Jodie have been amazing. They are so friendly and make you feel so relaxed but still in a very professional manner. Your always really nervous before a procedure but once your there sitting in the lounge area chatting away to the receptionist or maybe the nurse etc you become very relaxed. It’s a great clinic and I’ve recommended it to lots of people which isn’t like me! I must also mention Fabian the receptionist. She’s the first person you see when you arrive and first impressions are very important for a business, but no worries there as again she’s part of the team and like them all so friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely place!

Had a small melanoma removed. All the staff were exceptional. They were extremely professional putting me very much at ease. Would highly recommend

I’ve been going to Pinewood for a number of years and had various treatments with Rob. He is always professional, informative and caring with every visit. Rob and his colleagues always make you feel so welcome and comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking to visit Pinewood for their treatments!
