Always happy to come back to Ping Perfect when we multiplayer, the supports always top notch and never have any problems server side unless its a problem we create ourselves. And even then, supports always happy to help fix us. Great service.

I am very impressed with Ping Perfect so far. I usually host all my own servers on my own infrastructure, but UT2004 was being a nightmare. Ping Perfect has great pricing, nice web GUI, and responsive staff. I recently had to file a ticket to update my server from 3369 to 3374 (game versions), within 10 minutes I had a response from a tech saying “I need to get a senior tech on this”. Within an hour a senior tech stepped in and took care of the issue, and verified the server was operational. Very satisfied with their tech support team.

They answered fast, were very friendly and helped me with a mod that i could'nt install myself. Very helpful support!!

Pingperfect is the best server host there is, every issue I've had, question, etc, has always been answered in a timely, professional manner, and I'm always left satisfied with the service I've purchased.

I hosted a dedicated server with PingPerfect for over five years and just decided to stop after seven years in the hobby. Looking back, I couldn't have asked for a better host.

Over that time I opened alot tickets, and the support was consistently patient, friendly and genuinely helpful, even when I was in a mood or the problem was on my end. A special mention to James, who put up with a lot from me and always sorted things out.

Reliable servers, fair handling, real people behind the support desk. If you're looking for a host that treats you like a person rather than a ticket number, this is it. Thank you for all the years.

Ping Perfect is running the exact same scam but even worse than GTX. Their business model relies entirely on frustrating customers by intentionally choking server performance on standard plans. When your server starts lagging and crashing, their support team aggressively pushes you to upgrade to their overpriced plans.

This is nothing but a marketing scam where they charge premium prices under the guise of high performance, but the reality is that your hardware is shared with dozens of other servers. Because of this massive overselling, server FPS constantly drops and the machine chokes under any real modded entity load. They lock you into a cycle of paying more money for hardware that is spread so thin it cannot sustain a community server. Do not waste your money or your time on their false promises.

I cannot recommend PingPerfect highly enough.

From the very beginning, their support team has been absolutely outstanding. They have been professional, knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of setting up and configuring my Tactical Ops server.

Every question I had was answered quickly and politely. Every issue I encountered was taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. Whether it was server installation, configuration problems, map voting issues, mod installation, anti-cheat setup, or even geolocation concerns, their team was always willing to help and went above and beyond to find solutions.

What impressed me the most was their dedication and attention to detail. They never gave up when facing technical challenges and continued working with me until everything was resolved correctly. They were transparent, communicative, and genuinely cared about providing the best possible service.

In today’s world, it is rare to find a company with such excellent customer service. PingPerfect has exceeded all my expectations and has earned my complete trust.

I had a critical issue where my TCAdmin control panel suddenly went down and I couldn't manage or restart my game server. I opened a high-priority ticket, and the PingPerfect support team fixed the node problem incredibly fast! The control panel is working flawlessly again. The support staff is very responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thank you so much guys, you are the best! Highly recommend PingPerfect for hosting.

They advertise that they are incredibly fast with feedback, yes if you are not a customer then they are.
I have also raised problems with them that have been going on for several years, and the poor people who answer tickets have not been told about these problems.

I had a very positive experience with the support overall.

The team was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout all the testing, troubleshooting, and server location changes. Every question and concern was taken seriously, responses were quick, and they were very flexible when it came to trying different solutions and configurations.

After a week of downtime with my TOXIKK server, I was determined to get my issue resolved. Dragos from the PingPerfect staff worked with me through their ticketing system to track down errors with my server. After chipping away, the root cause may have been my own doing due to duplicate files. With the duplicates, the server would simply not boot. With the log files finally being produced with Dragos assist, I was able to quickly resolve the ambiguous duplicate files that I created. While my particular TOXIKK server is a one off outlier, PingPerfect staff have always attempted to work with me to get things resolved. Cheers!

I paid for a server through Ping Perfect for the whole year.

What happened was I wanted to change games on my game server.
All of sudden Ping Perfect wants to take over 18 days to give me my credit so I could purchase another server through them.

Then through the process one their staff members, insults me and basically calls me a drunk by stating what are under the influence.

Then their supervisor tries to distort and twist what their staff said, and they try to make it like he was using the word "influence" like a family member looks up to another member.

Literally, posted me the definition.

That is some disgusting morals right there, when my credit is used up, I will never use a moral less, trashy company like this.

Fast responses, but on top of it all, very efficient and professional handling of the cases I've brought up over the years.

The support experience was very good. My issue was handled professionally and explained clearly, which made it easy to understand the situation and the next steps. Communication was prompt and helpful throughout, and the assistance provided resolved the concerns efficiently.

So when leaving a review its always difficult to cram in what you find good about a service you are being provided with, so instead ill leave a feedback I put into PingPerfect out of genuine appreciation for all the help and support I have received from the team over the years o have been a customer.

Feedback:

I was having a chat with some other server owners and the issues they have with their server providers, I won’t name them, but I was a customer of one of them prior to coming over to PingPerfect a few years ago.

I was shocked at hearing some of the stories they told me regarding the customer support they receive, or a better phrase would be the “lack” of customer support.

I can honestly say that while I have been with you guys the support has been amazing, very quick responses, easy to follow instructions when required and very professional always.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the team at PingPerfect for all the help and support I have during my time with you guys.

In particular I would like to thank Alfred Marshall, James Rimmer, Dragos Valentin for their help and always being their out of hours and even weekends and public holidays.

Not to sure if these are the real names, in fact whenever we have an issue and James Rimmer is on the case we have a running joke in Discord, "relax guys James R is on it !"
