The PingPerfect team is fantastic! Any time I've needed help (and with the very limited knowledge I have) they've been so on top of it and very helpful! I am so glad I chose to go with them for my Path of Titans server.

Im extremely new to running a server of any kind, the support and respect ive received so far from the teams here has been amazing, theyve responded quickly and respectfully even when im making mistakes and messing things up, the whole proccess has been a breeze! wouldnt go anywhere else now! not to mention the more than fair prices for a server!

I recently experienced some connectivity issues with my SCUM server hosted by PingPerfect. I reached out to their support team, and they were very responsive and helpful. They promptly communicated the issue stemming from a change by one of their peering partners and assured me that the network should be stable moving forward.

To compensate for the downtime, they provided two days of free server time, which I greatly appreciate. They also offered to facilitate a server move if needed, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I’m pleased with the support I received and feel confident in continuing to use their services.

Absolute HORRID Server stability. could not even handle the netcode for something simple like Necesse. I have asked for a refund and my ticket is just sitting and being ignored. Such a shame, this company was good at one time.

Update: they speak to you like a child because their service is such trash.
this is the LITERAL response i got about asking for a refund.

"You'll get your refund, just need to be patient as we're very busy this time of year.

And, every time you reply, you end up at the back of the queue, so replying makes a response take longer.

I've been using Ping Perfect for years now for all kinds of different games! I have to say their hardware performance is top tier, the configuration tools for both server hardware and game settings are easy to use! Most importantly their customer service is really awesome! I've never had a bad experience with them, however today I had to submit a ticket and the team member that helped me was the nicest person ever, legitimately! If you're on the fence about using their services, I hope this gives you a little more confidence! =)

This company has been a breeze to work with. Their rates are competitive and their customer service is truly exemplary. My experience with Stefan a customer support representative at Ping Perfect has sold me completely to ping perfect. During my development of my server groups I tried three others groups to see which was best for me. Ping perfect was good, but their service really set them apart from the others, which is critcal! Thank you so much Stefan. You truly made my experience Perfect!

I've used PingPerfect several times over the years. I keep returning for dedicated server hosting needs.

Most recently for a new server I started there were some configuration options that were incorrect. Customer support was quick, helpful and courteous. Issues fixed and updated for me almost in real time.

They server management is nicely laid out and easy to understand / use. And if you can't get something to work the customer service at pingperfect has been the best I have ever experienced. They answered and replied within a couple mins every time, did everything needed to help me solve the problem and did it without causing any stress!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND PINGPERFET! <3

I have used PingPerfect more than once for different games. I find their customer service to be amazing. They respond to tickets very quickly and are very helpful. I have never felt to be "brushed off" even in situations which have turned out to be issues with 3rd party plugins.
As they are the only company that I have used for this service, I cannot compare them to other companies, but that is because I have never had to.

I originally went to PingPerfect to host 7 Days to Die, and that went smoothly. Then I expanded into Minecraft because I had extra credit on my account from issues with setting up A21 and opting to just cancel the extra server. It has been a non-stop headache ever since.

First, I will say that Ping staff is friendly, responsive, and does everything in their power to assist you. However, recent issues have made me realize that either this company is just a white-label business or they really don't have the necessary experience and staff on hand to troubleshoot issues with their own system efficiently.

I rented a dedicated server for $300+ a month a month ago. When I rented it, they ended up charging me more than what was stated on their webpage because "it was out of date". At that point, I'd already bought it and would only get a store credit back. Red flag #1 I chose to overlook. Also, you can't use their game panel without using a Windows-based setup and not Linux, so not only do I have to pay extra for the control panel, I also have to pay extra each month for the Windows licensing. For what they're charging, and the issues you're about to read below, this is gouging.

Next, I had them migrate my 7 Days server, install and cluster 3 Ark SE maps, install Satisfactory, and install Minecraft, Velocity proxy, and six additional servers for VPS. It took them a bit to figure out how to install the proxy, and I'm still doubtful they did it correctly because it keeps popping up a query error and stopping completely. Secondly, not only can I not label which server is which in the control panel for easy navigation--they can't figure out how to do it either?!? It's been a week, no progress. Asked for an update and they said their senior dev is out on holiday for a week so I have an additional short wait. Like, I'm paying $300+ a month for a dedicated server that's running Windows Server 2022 (10.0), and I have to wait an additional week for a solution? Red flag #3.

And those Ark servers? They deleted them on accident when discontinuing my previous subscription-based Ark servers. So all the mod configurations were lost, and they didn't even get the custom maps reinstalled correctly. They just threw up a cluster with the three maps and called it done--which for 3 days I couldn't get them to let me know which was which either. So, I had them cancel them and start up a velocity Minecraft network instead. Which is now making me wait for a senior dev to come in and find a way to label my servers correctly in the control panel.

This service is extremely unprofessional. I'm out nearly $700 at this point not counting the headaches I had with them when just using game-by-game hosting. Can't wait to switch to a different provider at this point. Just ridiculous. Do not use this service.

Their support was really good, and fast, they helped with many issues i've had and generally have great services.

Great fast service with server needs. I mess up my server settings and they are there right away to help me. I used another server company and they were horible help so I tried here. Glad I did. Jason so helpfull.

Stefan man, what a GOAT. Being new to hosting, Stefan has to be the best support for getting what you need done. Having had issues it took no time for him to respond to tickets. A caring company is a company worth giving money to. Thanks, Stefan!

Jaxon Pitcock was awesome and helped me with my problems.

A really great team that helps quickly and accurately and also sometimes helps with unusual requests.
For example, I needed more freedom in editing config files and I got everything I needed.

Awesome, knowledgeable and prompt service. All interactions have been pleasant with the absolute patience of saints.

Jaxon Pitcock was very punctual and kind with their replies. They were very helpful with getting my servers situated.

The best of the best, good hardware, good control panel structure, doesn't make you pay for mods. THE BEST customer service 1000/1000.

I purchased a 3 day trial and did not reach out as instructed to renew in time. After opening a ticket, PingPerfect's customer service immediately helped me retrieve my save files and restore my server. Great customer service and a very happy gamer. :)
