I have been running a Don't Starve Together server with PingPerfect since 2021. At the outset, their support team took the time to help me alter the default server in a way that is very much outside the norm for a server of this type, setting up 4 additional shards running parallel with the default two.

When this years server refresh had trouble updating my custom server (not their fault, it's a very unusual setup), no less than five of their staff took the time to investigate what had gone wrong, and do the work to get my now years-old server back in order.

At the time of writing this I had a RAM over usage with the 1.0 release of 7D2D. I used the standard 6G, but the game is hungry. The release is too new so hard to tell how much you need. Jaxon Pitcock, a customer support rep from PingPerfect helped me through it. Was super friendly and fast. Don't be afraid to submit a ticket, give it 10 minutes then check your email. Jaxon had us back up and running in the same game session.

Fast reply's, even when I was honest and had my ticket priority set to MEDUIM they got back to me so fast it felt like gold star support. Through my frustration they were very nice and understanding and guided me to their best ability's to solve my issues. And in under 2 minutes my issue was resolved. I have been with many server companys over my time **not including the names as I don't feel like outing the bad ones** But I do feel ping perfect has the best support team and reply speed. Their console and pannel is really easy to use and read and it pleasant to the eyes. And the hardware they offer for the price is amazing, not only that but very FEW server providers will offer you such a large generous amount of choosable locations. I don't often write reviews as when I do they are fairly lengthy like a report and are either very positive or very negative. But I shall say Ping Perfect are a great choice for anyone looking to set up a server or swap to a provider with decent support/hardware.

I've been a PingPerfect customer for about 4 years at this point. I used to only host a Conan server and then upgraded to a dedicated server so that I could run more. The service is always smooth and reliable! I can't describe how much better the service and support is than other hosts I've tried.
Its always been a great experience. Broken things are fixed quickly, even while I'm losing my mind! They have been consistent in getting new (and actually available games) up and running within the day its released! That includes today with the new Soul Mask game!

Jacob Bubeer helped me with figuring out some mods on my server. this is my 2nd year coming back to these guys. the servers are super fast and the customer service is just unmatched. 10/10

I have used ping perfect for ages and ages they are always so helpful and respond to tickets fast! They are always so polite and happy to help as well. Always top support from a stefan. Would recommend PP all day long!

Great company always on top of tickets helping you out with any issues you might come across the performance on the server is also great if you looking to host a server i recommend pingperfect.

Please stop telling me I owe you money from over a year ago. I stopped using your service and had absolutely no problems since, though you decided it'd be a brilliant idea to register me a recurring domain name for free at the time but now costs £20 a year. I'm not paying it and i've told your customer service I don't need it several times and you've simply ignored me. Please stop, this is harassment and rather annoying. Have a terrible review until you leave me alone.

I was having issues with a V-Rising server just not starting. I was on a refund request when Jaxon Pitcock asked if he could do one more thing to see if he could fix my issue. I said alright go ahead. Worked some magic and boom issue fixed.

I have over the years used different server hosts, and I keep returning to Ping Perfect. Reasonable cost, Fast response and helpful service. They really do a great job in making server hosting easy.
