A beautiful coat, exactly what I hoped. Fast delivery

I’m a Pini Parma client since already 4 years. I am a bit obsessed with the trousers and already posses a couple of them. The last pair I bought is a classic high rise dark grey flannel which, in my opinion, is a must have in a man’s wardrobe. The trousers and the alterations are great. Always amazed by the quality of the clothes and the interaction with the personnel at the Brussels shop. Cheers, guys!

There is nothing I do not love about this mens clothing retailer. Whenever I bring a piece to my tailor, she comments on the quality and style of the clothing, essentially confirming my own feeling about the quality of the fabrics, the masculine and modern styling, and my confidence that the investment in my wardrobe will be lasting in terms of durability as well as styling.

Best trousers in the market. The cut, material and craftsmanship is superb. It would be great if Pini Parma started offering online made-to-measure services, especially for the suits.

Worst customer service ever. I have bought a shirt and the stitches were a total mess, I have reported immediately the defect and the only action from their side was to send me a return label. No apologise, no offer to swap the defected product with a replacement (I had bought the item on sale and now it is again in full price), so basically inexistent service. I have tried to contact them but no answer was given. Although the quality is high the customer experience is extremely bad. I cannot recommend them anymore and I would suggest to look for other Italian brands where they actually care about their customers. Seen their price tag, I was expecting an excellent experience (I had bought from them before), but apparently they don’t invest in customer experience.

I purchased several items from Pini Parma. The wonderful selection of quality pieces of clothing is well matched by the outstanding level of customer service. From order entry through delivery, including one item for return and exchange, Pini Parma is world class.

This is a company I will order from in the future. The quality is excellent, and if you love Brunello Cucinelli, but don’t want to pay the price, the sourcing is the same, workmanship is excellent. I did have a problem because I ordered a coat with fur collar, but it was a Customs delay issue coming into US, had nothing to do with the company or their excellent customer service.

I bought a few clothes and they have good quality and great fit.the shoes though that i bought they have good quality but they are very difficult walking,and no foot support
