The quality and style of your clothes are excellent — truly refined and well made. However, I noticed that prices increase significantly when ordering from the UK compared to Italy, and the delivery time was quite long. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to wear the suit I purchased, as the shipping delay left me without enough time to have it altered before my event. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall experience for international customers.

I have purchased Pini Parma items at around 6500 EUR within a short time recently. Here is my experience:
Clothes are of very good quality. Having purchased before other garement from Gucci, L. Faloni, B. Cucinelli, I find Pini P. with similar level of high quality. Regarding sale experience, unfortunately you are far beyond. Poor quality clothes hangers often with detached logo (they seem as to be recovered again), no individual bags for items (expect of jumpers, in my case) poor inside packing, not comparable to Gucci , Gran Sasso or Faloni, no marketing communication inside, like company newspaper as L.Faloni provides also with some Italian sweets. You miss sizes online in a very short time, in October many clothes in my size (M) were inaccesible, what is irritating when 100% item price is expected. Webpage is a bit slow-reacting, with hang-ups, even with new cpt.
Anyway, I like your garement very much , but you shall improve comparing to competitors. Even this website is surprisong customer with different languages (English expected), but also Italian and... French ???!!! Unbelievable... Only for polygolots ... Same with payment process.
Anyway, I wish you all the best and will regularly check your online shop.

I just received my third purchase from Pini Parma.
I'm very satisfied with this brand and its online services.
Very quick delivery service from France. High quality clothes and shoes. I have purchased two great pairs of shoes made from soft suede leather and they are absolutely comfortable and stylish. And two wool jackets made using high quality Loro Piana fabric. All items are lovely. I'll buy from them in the future again.

I have been a loyal customer of Pini Parma and have purchased three pairs of their shoes — all treated with care and kept in identical conditions. Unfortunately, one pair developed visible discoloration and surface damage on the toe cap after very light use.
After contacting Pini Parma and providing detailed photos, I waited more than ten days for a reply. The company’s response was that the issue resulted from “contact with a chemical or cleaning agent,” which they claim makes it ineligible for warranty or replacement. That explanation simply doesn’t make sense: if that were the case, both shoes would have been equally affected, and I would not have three other pairs in perfect condition under the same care routine.

It’s disappointing to see a brand that markets itself as high-end and artisanal refuse to take responsibility or even offer a gesture of goodwill. True luxury brands stand behind their products and value customer satisfaction — not just when things go perfectly, but especially when something goes wrong.
This experience has left me questioning both the quality control and the customer-care standards of Pini Parma. Regrettably, I can no longer recommend them, nor will I be purchasing from them again.

I purchased 4 new items as my first purchase with Pini Parma, they are a brand I have recently discovered. They have a wonderful Italian style both in terms of silhouette and fabric. I was actually looking for an alternative to the likes of Boggi Milano but I think I’ve found a brand that has the quality of luxury tailored clothing with a ready to wear price tag, super happy customer from a quality point of view. The customer service has also been great, my order came in two parts due to availability, when I chased the second package to find out the ETA, Federica came back to me with a personal note to update me and provided tracking details. A truly professional luxury service. I’m looking forward to being a regular customer!

Ordering was easy and initially went smoothly. Payment was made promptly via credit card. After shipping and receiving the goods, I had to return them. Only after several emails and the threat of legal action was the purchase price finally refunded (after 4 weeks!). I strongly advise any potential customer to stay away from Pini Parma. These business practices are absolutely unacceptable and don't even comply with their own guidelines. It's a shame, because the items themselves could actually be perfectly fine. I will never order from them again.

Wish I had read the reviews here before ordering. Very similar experience to many others - customer service is horrendous. Slow, deceitful, passive aggressive. Dozens and dozens of emails to get a simple refund. There’s too many reviews here saying the same thing - it’s clear they know and either can’t or won’t do anything about it. So many better brands in the same price range and a tonne of stuff in lower price ranges that is better quality. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The company's web advertises products in a price in Euros but, if you ship the product the USA, the price changes to US dollars at an exchange rate which is 60% more. Of course, using a credit card, you are allowed to choose the currency for the charge...at least with most order processing. I feel this a form of "bait and switch", which is illegal under most country's laws, including France, where Pini Parma operates.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I feel morally obligated to warn others.
This was, without exaggeration, an absolute disaster from start to finish.
• My package arrived looking like it had been thrown off a cliff,
• The box was ripped, dented, and half open – I wouldn’t have been surprised if a wild animal had tried to eat it.
• I sent photos, witness statements, multiple emails, and got ZERO reply. Nothing. Silence. As if the shop had been swallowed by a black hole.

It’s 2025, and still, somehow, this company behaves like customer service was outlawed.

I gave them every opportunity to fix this, but they just vanished. Honestly, I’ve had better communication with vending machines.

Please – for the sake of your wallet and your sanity – shop literally anywhere else.
You’ll thank me later.

Exceptional quality and fit. I buy most of my clothes on line from all the top end brands, but Pini Parma is really top end without paying the huge prices that other alternative designers charge - service and delivery is very quick and hassle free - such a great brand !!
