Für DEUTSCHLAND völlig ungeeignete Dating-Plattform! Und ein sehr schlechtes Reklamations-Management. Ich kann nur sagen: FINGER WEG von der Premium-Mitgliedschaft. Abzocke!

What is this? Won't allow delete.

What is this?! I received an email asking me to verify my account. However, I did not sign up for this dating service or whatever it is. At the bottom of the email it said to click if your address was used in error to delete this account. Well, I did and instead it was switched off temporarily. No, PinkCupid! It needs to be deleted before I get all kinds of crazy spam or people contacting me. I kept contacting support and customer service and it's an automatic response saying "to switch off your account...." Blah. Blah. Blah. It STILL WILL NOT DELETE. Scam site, allowing anyone to use your email.

Staff and quality of women makes this site A#1 for me!

One, you have different pricing options that I've never seen before ie: you can join for one week without having to commit to 6-12 months. Two, I had only been on this site for a few days when I encountered a scammer and when I wrote you about it, you removed that person straight away, and that's what made me really like the staff. Also, the staff was polite and caring about my encounter. I like doing business with a company that takes my feelings and concerns into account. Thank you so much, pinkcupid!

Not safe for Lesbian community, it’s full of men and scammers.

Update to my initial review below. I’ve been a heavy user of the site for the past 3 weeks. I’m my opinion the PinkCupid site is not safe for the lesbian community, as it is full of men pretending to be women with a fake profile and just plain scammers. One example - I communicated to PinkCupid that I had spotted a profile using an image of someone I recognised, as their profile picture, I was advised that this was not breaking any rules of the site so nothing would be done. So apparently it’s ok to impersonate someone else on PinkCupid.
Original review: Signed up for monthly payments but a years worth of payments has been taken from my account in one go! There is no customer services contact page to be found anywhere on the site to get any help with this. The ‘customer support’ link on their emails goes to a random profile page not to any support. All very dodgy.

Where's my refund?!

I felt like I was mislead when I looked at the subscription options. I chose one thinking I was only paying £10 a month, but instead the whole amount for the 12months had been taken out of my account. I only joined last night, so I barely even used the site, so I cancelled my subscription and I wanted to get a refund for the money I had lost as it was alot and it's left me with no money. When I contacted them to request the refund, they said I would have to subscribed again for a shorter plan in order for them to do the refund, but how can I do that with no money? I should be able to get my money back without all this stress. I suffer with mental health as it is and this isn't helping me.

Shocked by pink cupid

I put my profile on Pink Cupid. I am a lesbian transgender woman. I made this very clear on my profile since I don't want to be contacted by women who aren't attracted to trans women.

Pink Cupid cancelled my profile and suggested I went to one of their other sites none of which were lesbian.

I wrote back asking them if they have a policy of excluding transgender women. Instead of replying about their policy they reinstated my profile and without telling me or asking me changed my gender to male. I was outraged at this because in so doing they changed my gender and sexuality without any reference to me. I sent them my gender recognition certificate from the government recognizing my gender as female and expressed my outrage calmly.

Welcome Scammers ! This site is all you

Before I paid for a yearly subscription, I checked out the reviews. At first ? I read some emotional reviews that stated how this app allows for scammers. WELL, I’m here to confirm that first off. 90 % of people who chat first ? ALWAYS ask you to chat somewhere else. WARNING: These scammers try and get you off the app and chat on Google etc. I tried to give a solution to pink stupid how to protect their customers. Ya know, the ones who actually pay money to use their app. Their answer was pretty much that they allow for ppl to share email info. Ummm, what!?! I told them almost every chat asked me to give my email, my phone number my Google chat info and other chat platforms info. **** PLEASE just protect yourself and search what these scammers can do with a simple phone number email Google chat. Ya, they can clean out your bank account and reset your passwords and notify your family or friends and fool them as well ! This app is just interested in filling profiles on their feed. They could give two shhh its about their PAYING customers safety. Men on lesbian feed. This is definitely not a lesbian site. Nor do I ever believe any of the people who chat me first are women. They are men who steal profiles and pics from other online sites. The sad part is pink stupid knows all this. This is why they dare not charge users, free to download and use !!!! Well only the non scammers pay for a subscription. The scammers? Will not use the site if anything could connect them to be caught. Like a credit card! The scammers, Come and go as they please, this way they don’t get noticed. And the scammers pay absolutely nothing to use these sites. But yet? They use the site to collect phone numbers and resell to other scammers. I know for a fact scammers exist on every site. But to not even put in a basic warning to their PAYING customers becomes obvious at some point, and the motive behind WHY they don’t warn and encourage to report the ones who ask you to chat elsewhere. The obvious reason is more profiles ! Fake or not ? Makes this company seem popping. Fake profiles are their bread and butter and the scammers who immediately! Immediately say, “ oh I’m new on here, but I’m not on this app very often. Let’s chat somewhere else” And then you see them on for hours and hours days and days. Then they reload another fake profile and do it again and again until they collect what they need to scam someone. I swear I keep getting the same scammer but different profile hitting me up. I am at the point that I immediately say, I will not leave this form of chat so if you are going to ask me? Let’s stop here. And they disappear. Pretty sad I have to start a chat asking that question. This app knows all this, I told them. Their only answer was they allow for email exchange. Well, I also stated they try and get you to go to other forms of chat. Nothing, no response. They will not warn us about this. They do just enough which is obvious so they cannot be held responsible in a court of law. Bare minimum, like they don’t do background checks on their members. And you will see warnings don’t send anyone money. Ah-duh. But they don’t warn about the 5 others ways people can scam you. Why? Once again scammers fill the feeds making them look like their site is popping. It’s poison not popping. Do your research. Use your search engine : search dating scammers and how to avoid them. Because this app won’t warn you. I confirmed this when I sent them a request to warn their users about these scams, and they side stepped the problem. They are basically allowing it. Now after my 4th email to pink stupid? I wanna know why is it when I block ppl? I see them again and again in the feed next day. I have so much more to say about the is app and their manipulative ways but, basically? Don’t pay to use it.

I would give this no stars if I could

I would give this no stars if I could. In a matter of hours I was targeted by three or more false accounts with scammers or trolls using some very clever strategies to engage and keep you in conversation.
It is rife with false accounts preying upon potentially vulnerable and genuine people looking for something positive in their lives. The company do nothing to stop this potential illegal activity and in fact told me to do the work by reporting them and completing forms myself. They say they relied on their customers to help them with this but offer no refund of the funds wasted on a poorly designed and monitored app.

I attempted to get my three month subscription refunded but they offer no option once terms have been signed. However, the company themselves have further attempted to scam me by - under the guise of it honouring their payment terms - offering me the chance to get a partial refund by paying them (again!) for the one week of the subscription used (actually it was only a matter of hours I used it for) before they then refunded the rest of the three month period to me.
What a disgusting despicable excuse of an app and company Pink Cupid are. Any genuine activity on the app was completely over shadowed and causes a complete distrust in any actual people.

Update - they emailed to say they would give a full discount after I made it clear I would report them as fraudulent (and still will report them if the refund doesn’t materialise).

Be cautious with the people you meet here!!!

This site creates a lot of problems. 90% of the profiles are fake and when you report these people they do nothing about it and when you finally meet someone it shows them constantly online when they're not creating bad feelings about that person.

Pink cupid is doing a good job with the fake profiles which there is plenty of but there is important information provided by the site on how to prevent yourself from becoming a victim I had a one bad encounter and I think even if we don't continue to upgrade if we paid for messages the one who paid for the subscription should be able to see they messagse they had already paid to see. I think it's unfair that I have to paid to see messages I already paid to see. If there is new messages sent to me after my subscription needs to be renewed these messages I should not be able to see if we are being fair but you are getting paid just so I could go read messages I already paid for. But I do like the site thank you.🌼
