NO REFUNDS!!

Pink Lily charges for shipping, charges for return shipping & does not give refunds! They allow returns but only for store credit. At what point has a business made enough money that they do the right thing & actually refund people’s money? It is infuriating to only get store credit at a store you don’t like. The clothing is cheaply made & sizing is all over the place. Pink Lily, if you had confidence in your products, you would provide refunds to unhappy customers!!

There website said I could return an item and when I got the item, it looked nothing like the photo and looked absolutely ridiculous. I have sent them several messages through email and on all their social media accounts trying to return the item and they have ghosted me. Never even got one response. They are a scam and they need to change their return policy.

No returns on most items

I accidentally order two of the same item. Company doesn’t offer returns or refunds. I’m out $55. The online page / cart is hard to tell when you have multiples so it was easy to make this error.

Order never received…

I ordered something over a month ago and still have not received the item. I have reached out to them no fewer than six times but never get anything other than a canned response. Horrible company to deal with.

Never again

Ordered on TikTok got half my order and said I would get two packages never received the second package then I talk to them on TikTok and she said it was out of stock but the website says it’s in stock so what the heck. I’ll never order again from pink lily.Very poor customer service it takes forever to hear back from them and you have to reach out 20 times before the reply to any of your messages.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Not only do they not have a way to speak to a live person (only through email), they kindly disregard you. They were polite to my emails, but I could tell they didn’t really care.

I had ordered an item that took 10 days for them to ship out. Granted, I ordered on New Year’s Day and they had some bad weather, which is understandable, but they not once notified me that there was an issue. I needed this outfit for an upcoming vacay and had they informed me, I could’ve had enough time to order from somewhere else. But it took me reaching out to them to find out what was going on. The girl I spoke to just didn’t care.

Their website was also very glitchy. Took forever to place my order because the webpage kept jumping around.

I do not plan on buying from them again. Had their customer service been better, I could’ve overlooked all the frustration I had placing this order.

Paid for 2 day shipping, did not ship in 2 days (Dec 16, arriving Dec 23) and customer service rep was rude. Asked for expedited shipping refund $20 (not even full refund, just shipping refund) and was told i didn't understand the policy...then don't promise a ship date!

[Update] They refunded me the difference in shipping....that's 1 extra star I suppose

Horrible

I wish I could give zero stars, There are other boutiques who actually do not take this long for shipping. They have lost a good custome. Very disappointed! Do not order from here if you want it arrive on time.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars, I ordered pjs from the site. It took 4 days to even get an email confirming my order, then when my package came I was unhappy with the quality of the pjs. Very thin and see through. I went to make a return the day they arrived and they only return to store credit which is a bummer. The next day I went to finish the return and they changed the item to “final sale” not allowing any return whatsoever. I am out $68.68. I do not recommend this company due to their quality and return policy. Very disappointed!

SCAM

This is an issue has gone on too long and I'm beyond livid. I have been waiting for this order for over month. I've kept up with the tracking and once it said delivered I emailed them immediately letting them know I didn't receive my order. The email I received back was that I needed to check if someone else signed for it, me being the only one in my house that can sign, or to make sure I didn't forget to pick it up. It had a lot of my Christmas items for my oldest daughter in it and I am still not receiving information on where my package is. Please be careful when shopping from this boutique.

One of my favorites!

I started purchasing from Pink Lily about a year ago and it became one of my favorite online boutiques. They have such a variety and styles for every age. The quality of their clothing is excellent. I'm a very picky shopper and I can always find many things for my wishlist on Pink Lily's website. It's hard for me to believe anyone would even give them a bad review. My opinion, by far one of the best online places to shop!

Terrible quality and sizing is off!! This was my first and last time ordering. I wasn’t impressed to say the least. I don’t care how many influencers are pushing their products and how cute some of the products may be. I won’t be falling for it. Buy with caution!!

First my order is delivered but not to me even though it said it arrived on time Second, Pink Lily resends my order and it’s confirmed delivered but guess what not to me. Pink Lily has sent my refund over 6 weeks ago and it has not been received. I’m to remain patient. This company is by far the WORST ever! Think twice before ordering.

All of my items ran way too small and…

All of my items ran way too small and the quality of several were poor. They shouldn’t make the customer pay for their mistakes. It’s not my fault it was made wrong. Now I just get a gift card and pay for shipping. I don’t want to purchase anything from them. So now I’m out $100. This is my second time buying from them and now I remember why I haven’t purchased anything for so long. Lesson learned!

Overall, Pink lily disappoints each time. Their stuff runs too big! It shrinks in the dryer. And it’s like jumping through hoops to get a refund or even an exchange. They don’t give cash back on your credit card. Only pink lily gift cards so you’re forced to get something else that’s just as big or shrinks. It’s not fair, if it’s my money I’m paying with and I don’t like the product I should get my money back. So now I have all these gift cards I don’t know what to do with because their stuff is not good quality and I don’t want anything from them.
