I have ordered from Pink Lily several times, they are one of my favorite places to shop! Every time I have ordered, except for once, my order has always been accurate and I receive my order very fast! The one time my order was incorrect, they fixed it very promptly!!

Also editing to add- the shipping back and returns are the easiest thing I’ve ever done and i barely return anything anywhere but pink lily makes it insanely easy!! It’s also free!!!!

I absolutely love your clothing line but I live in Ontario Canada and the shipping charges are ridiculous. I process and ship online orders to the states and my shipping charges are so much cheaper. You should look into different shipping methods to other countries. But I do LOVE the items I have purchased from Pink Lily and suck it up every time I order because I do like my outfits.

I never have to worry about whether or not the clothes are going to fit me because everything is true to size. Delivery is always fast and easy. The pricing is fair! I've been a loyal customer for years!

I’m genuinely disappointed in the website. I had high hopes since I see influencers shop here but I received my order and nothing fits. Then I try to return and they want YOU to pay the shipping back because the clothes that are your size don’t fit. On top of me not being able to get my money back they do not have clothes the size I need so now I’m stuck with store credit I can’t use. Do better Pink Lily.
