Do not order from this company 9 months down the line I have still not received my order and they will not refund me, I would like to give them a -⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for customer service, please do not shop with them.

I get all the excuses it’s the couriers problem or it’s due to Covid-19

Like others i couldn't give a minus.
Ordered last August and still not received my goods.
Despite numerous E mails stating stuck in customs it is on its way and wait a few day , still nothing.
I have asked several times for a refund to no avail being told to wait. Now I am getting we are not working we will reply within 12 hours.
I wish I had known that you had to claim from PayPal within 180 days but alas I found that out at 199.
Never ever buy from this so called company.
Total scammers, luckily I have only lost £15.99.

Ordered two jackets last August 2020 told delivered to wrong address, would reorder & send again. Still no goods lost count of messages I've sent them but is now 6months and still not recieved goods. Asking for a refund now so please refund

Ordered a jacket back in August 2020, told it was on its way, then told it had been delivered to the wrong address. Tried to contact them for the last few weeks, no reply, can’t get onto there page anymore. Don’t go near them. No jacket no refund.

One is the lowest I can give them but if I could it would be a heck of a lot lower, ordered tops in August and still no sign. Numerous emails, threats, legal action and still they continue to give me feeble excuses. Do not shop with them!

Had to give these scammers one star to let me continue, a minus 5 star would be more true. Placed order 15th August, received nothing except numerous feeble excuses. DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY.

Disgusting company. July order, still no delivery, constantly told to wait a 'few more days' which is obviously months now. Customer services tasked to deal with my complaint within 12 hours...Still waiting 11 days later!

I ordered a jacket in August. it never arrived. The tracking number was for a different address. Had to chase them through messenger because the customer services email is also a scam/returned address. Chased with Paypal. They say they have confirmation that it was delivered and even though I have explained the tracking was wrong they have closed the case.

Like others I wish I had read these first. My boots arrived very poor quality and did not fit. Tried for a refund but not willing to refund me because I had ordered the right size

Also ordered a jacket begining of August 2020. Emailed a number of times now, Each time said on its way, problems because of covid, error with tracking number . should of checked on this site first. Think i have given them long enough will now take it up with pay pal.

LIES WHEN CHASED. ALWAYS BLAME COURIER WITH FALSE TRACKING NUMBERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

Don't waste your money. This company has no interest in customers after they have bought. They don't accept returns for any reason. Buy elsewhere

I ordered a jacket from this company early in august despite 4 emails I have yet to receive the said jacket. I asked for my money back 4/days ago and they have failed answer my email. I believe this company is a scam

This company in a scam I ordered from them in August 2020 still waiting. When contacted they said my order is being shipped. Unless it's coming from China in a rowing boat, I've been scammed. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible company. Will not accept returns even though that is the law in the UK. Do not buy from these people!

Everyone beware! This company is a complete scam! I bought from them back in August and still have nothing! They first told me that it was on its way, but it never arrived. They then told me it got delivered to the wrong address. They have absolutely no clue! They have taken my money and won’t give it back! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have had the same experience with this Company. If you bought through PayPal you must put in a complaint. They are investigating this company and will pull their account if enough of us complain.
