Like everyone else, I too have been scammed. Ordered 2 jackets on 12 August 2020. Contacted them again at beginning of September to be told my order was delivered on 26 August. I disputed this and was told that my order had gone to the wrong address and another parcel had been sent out that day. Still waiting.
Advised them today that I am going to contact Rip Off Britain for starters. These people cannot get away with this scam stealing people's money and hopes.

I have waiting over five months the same as a lot of u. For a blouse I ordered and paid for. They say been delivered. Been a mistake .sorry they had the wrong no. Another on the way.an still no blouse. If any of u thinking of ordering from these people. Don’t bother they must be making a fortune out of us all

Ordered a jacket in August ! I know some Chinese companies often take weeks so thought this was just another case... when I wrote to the support email all they said was to get in touch with the courier !!!! I replied which courier ? I had no idea who they had entrusted the order to ... so it looks like I’m joking the long list of dissatisfied customers !!!

I ordered items in August which didn't arrive, paypal informed me because there was a tracking number there was nothing they could do, I have contacted these people on a number of occasions and they are now not replying, they have also stopped the comments on Facebook, such a scam

I ordered a jacket in August.They said it was delivered to wrong address.All the details were correct so I don't believe that.Since then I was told another delivery was on its way.They now don't answer my emails and I still haven't got my order Steer clear of Pinkpeache

I agree with all the negative reviews. I ordered items on 21.08.2020 and despite a number of messages back and forwards have not received the goods. I think I will have to contact the trading standards. Most purchases online have worked out well for me over the years and it just shows you, it pays to do a bit of research first. I’ll be more careful in future.

Order boots months ago , fobbed off with loads of excuses ... It's a total .com robbed of my hard earned cash ... Something needs to be done about this as its a constant problem it seems

Ordered a jacket paid by credit card on 13 Aug, goods still not received, continued to follow up a month later and told goods in transit, then followed up again today and informed that despite them providing me with a transaction number and tracking number they tell me that my details do not exist. I have been in contact with my credit card company who will follow this up as a dispute to receive a refund

My goods were ordered 3 months ago and still not arrived.
Several emails later and requests for refund still being told not possible as goods in transit! What do I do now?

I wish that I had read these reviews before ordering a jacket 3 months ago. No sign of the jacket or a refund even though it has been promised in 6 emails.

This company is not to be trusted been waiting for about 6 months for a jacket which has never been delivered.
I have emailed and the never reply. Someone should be able to do something about companies like this advertising and taking money from people. THIEVES

Ordered 2 shirts 12th Aug. Promised they were delivered, but were not. E/ mailed them several times and given promises my order was on it's way. Feel I have been robbed of £ 28:78. Get them off this site.

Totally agree with all these reviews,I ordered a top back in August after numerous emails it still hasn't arrived ive also asked for refund on several occasions and just get told my parcel is on its way,absolutely rubbish company would never buy from them again how they carry on trading with all this negative reviews is beyond me.

Boots turned up after thinking I had been scammed. Not great quality but ok.

Wish I had read all these first. Totally hopeless. No sign of dress ordered.

Customer service rubbish.

How can these companies get away with it?

I rate this company ZERO, ordered 2 blouses end July beginning August, every time I ask where the blouses are, they are in transit, still in transit almost 3 months on DO NOT ORDER from this company they SCAM money out of you and you NEVER receive your goods

I too ordered a pair of “leather” walking boots. When they hadn’t arrived after 2wks, got in touch with company and they told me they were coming from China, (I thought this was a company in England). Boots finally arrived and were of really poor quality and certainly not leather or waterproof. Totally false advertising. Will be reporting to trading standards and PayPal.

I agree with all the negative reviews. I ordered a jacket in August and has yet to arrive even though their only tracking record showed it had been delivered.
When I contacted them they said it had been returned by Customs to China!
They say another jacket is being despatched from China by sea - not air freight due to covid19 as though stringent regulations don't apply to cargo planes.
I shall give them another two weeks then I shall report to PayPal.
A disreputable company who should not be trading. They forget that without customers they have no business.

The same has happened to me. This company first cloned Yodel's tracking website and gave me some one else's tracking details. After I complained they then cloned Royal Mail tracking website with some one else's tracking details AGAIN! Why are Facebook allowing this to happen. I also think they use another site called Wanderjojo who also advertise on Facebook. They are laughing all the way to the bank with our money. SCAMMERS!!!

Scammer, goods never arrived and no response from them at all.
