Pink Prints UK Reviews 

So I was very mixed about ordering from Pink Prints because the reviews vary massively. I placed the order 16 days ago and after 14 had received no communication about dispatch or tracking (I paid £2.99 for tracked shipping). On the 14th day I sent an email to the admin account asking when it would be dispatched and if it wasn’t dispatched soon I would seek a refund through Paypal and advice with Trading Standards UK. Fortunately the case arrived today (not sure if the email influenced this) and it is actually really good quality, solid and the graphics are amazing. Definitely the cutest case I’ve ever had. I should note that I received no tracking number or dispatch email, however.

So, I would say order at your own risk. Pay through paypal or a protected way where it’s simple to get your money back if you need to. Be patient, it will be AT LEAST two weeks and should email if you hear nothing after that time. But, very pretty and well made cases when they do arrive!

Good cover once delivered but took a long time to come. I emailed for an update but did not receive a reply. Very pleased with the outcome but need to work on delivery times

I LOVE this case, not only is the tough case durable, but the design I have is so gorgeous 😍. The characters are customisable, I haven’t seen any other phone case company do this! I’ll be ordering a couple more cases, that’s for sure!! One for every outfit.

Amazing, cute case !!

Don’t purchase from this company. I ordered my case and it said dispatched. It’s been over 2 weeks and still haven’t received my order. Contacted multiple times through many different methods and still no reply. And looking at the reviews on trust pilot and the comments on Instagram it’s not only a one time thing.

Ordered a phone case nearly 2 weeks ago, which has apparently been shipped. I have still not received it and my email regarding my order has not been replied to. Waste of money and time. Don’t use this company

Not received my order and customer service won’t get back to me do not trust this website

I ordered my phone case on 14th December and it was supposedly shipped on 17th I am still yet to receive my order. Considering UK shipping is meant to take 1-2 working days advise by the company on their chat feature and that I have also allowed ‘minor delay’ time I am extremely concerned regarding whether I will even ever get my order. The money has been taken for the items and numerous attempts to get in contact with PInk Prints by email and their chat service which apparently
If you don’t wait for a response they will get back to you as I left my email twice now and they have not!
I need an update on where my items are I don’t even know what courier service the company uses I never had an update since the ‘shipped’ email to say which courier even had it, again of this is miscommunication between them I don’t see why the customer should have to suffer the loss of that?
Pink Prints is not a reliable company and I will continue to wait on a response as to where my order is but I highly doubt they will bother to reply as they have shown no effort to reply to any of my previous correspondence.

Following on from the above I did eventually receive my parcel on 8th January. This was only after paying the delivery fee to Royal Mail after the ‘sealer’ hadn’t paid the fee!

The product is nicely done, and has a high quality. The design looks exactly like you see it on the website. Shipping takes a while, so if you're in a hurry keep that in mind.

nice cases, however never replies to emails as I received the wrong hair colour on my phone case and cannot get a refund or send them back and get the right hair colour as they’re not replying…

The case was good quality but, I got the wrong order and I have contacted you multiple times but did not get help or answers.

Ordered from here before and I wasn’t keen on the finishing product however their new line of customisable characters had me intrigued in which I opted to give pink prints another chance and I can honestly say I love my new case! I would recommend to anyone though to choose tough over snap for that extra added quality but overall pleased with my purchase only thing I would point out is during customisation I requested a “fair” skin tone but upon arrival it’s more olive. I love the inclusivity of having so many options available though! Would definitely buy another if needed, came fairly quickly too for a customised item. Hoping they will branch out into more stuff like bottles and bags maybe because I love these character designs! Makes for great gifts.

I love pink prints i have four or five cases now and i love them all i change it all the time and every time they bring a new custom case i get it cause i love them so much

Got this as a surprise gift for my bff and she absolutely loved it! Took no longer than 3 weeks to arrive to her too! Definitely recommend.
