Refusal to refund for an item that wasn't delivered
I ordered some earphones (Jabra Elite 8) for £207.32. I didn't recieve any shipping confirmation and so contacted support a week later. After a week of back and forth, they said "i am sorry to advise but it seems this order was stuck in processing due to price discrepancy.
it seems this was sold lower then its actual price
can you advise if you would like to pay the difference or want us to cancel and refund instead?"
I asked for the price and was directed to a webpage (that doesn't list the product now) with the price being >£100 more. I asked to cancel and despite them confirming they processed the cancellation over 2 weeks ago have not received the refund.
