I had been a platform user with a small amount of staked 1FLR, and actually liked the games (beat box, space shooter, stack breaking). And my account was banned about 2 months ago for the most ridiculous reason. Pipeflare claimed of an exploit with the mystery eggs which I had no idea about till I had to beg their Discord / Telegram moderators to share the information. And the so-called exploit turned out to be just because I had redeemed the treasure box from Coinmarketcap campaign that gave me some of the eggs that I didn't even pay attention to. Now all of my assets (staked 1FLR, whatever eggs that I claimed and awarded etc.) are trapped in my banned account.. Is this not daylight robbery? I have all the screenshot to back up, I can't upload them here, but whoever @Pipeflare can contact me, I can share all again.

The app does not allow me to withdraw. It constantly rejects my withdrawals.always saying i havent signed for the withdrawal.of course there isnt any where to sign .where am i supposed to sign for the withdrawal? This app is so difficult to operate and the games will never load properly .also anything you want to do cost money just like the crypto apps.they take from you so you can do anything .crypto.com is ine of the worst theiving apps out there.all shib transactions cost millions of shib just to do anything .robbery in the guise of selling goods.

Have been using Pipeflare.io for a few years now. Some of the new tokens are offered but not available on the Atomic wallet so hopefully they will get that straightened out.

OK, if you have time to waste playing games, fine, however you will not make any meaningful money without purposed daily engagement. The site itself is clunky, the faucets are intermitment. Claiming on some faucets, requires Levelling up, i.e. engaging for what is less than a penny on the dollar. If you have a decent network who have never heard of this, could be worth it as an introducer .

I'm a free regular user, no subscription, and i've been doing the regular thing i've beem doing for the past few years,
Claiming, staking, playing.
But,,
For no reason, my account has been banned.
I messaged customer support for explanation, yet i've got no explanation.

Scammers or thieves or unskilled workers, but I think all together.
I was an active user for about 2 years, invested about 1000 dollars, bought 200+ premium referrals, staked under 2,000,000 1FLR (their token on the polygon), reached the maximum possible user level, bought almost all the upgrades on their internal market (like NFT), did not withdraw almost anything.
And then 2 weeks ago, when trying to log in to pipflare.io, I discovered that my account was banned and silently deleted from Discord and Telegram. In response to my email, I received the following accusation verbatim: "Platform exploit that triggered an overaward of mystery egg". They believe that in March (six months ago) I illegally received several dozen of their useless eggs (boxes with small prizes), of which I already had fifty. And it turns out so convenient for them that this issuance of eggs to me is NOT recorded in the blockchain. They confirmed that I allegedly did not touch the EGGS received, they are allegedly now in my profile. So, for this fictitious reason, they decided to take everything from me. And they even wrote an example - look, they say if these fraudulent wrappers came to my bank account from somewhere, the bank has the right to take all my savings, everything that I invested in passive income. I wrote several more letters, provided everything I could, screenshots and Metamask logs, but they don't care. After all, it is so convenient to steal everything that was bought and declare that I am a fraudster.

Consider my experience, I am sure that I am not the first one they robbed, do not give them your money, otherwise sooner or later you will find yourself in my place. Slandered and robbed

Very unuseful apps also very slow

over 90% of those bad comments and reviews are from cheating and incompetent scammers who have been caught and banned
I'm a moderator, ambassador and daily user and I haven't had a problem in the last 3 years that the moderators didn't solve before I joined them
sure, everyone is free to choose what he wants but with all the problems and bad reviews PipeFlare really pays the best in the whole crypto gaming and faucet space (at least that's how I see it, I don't know another project from which someone can earn more proportionate to the investment, be it time or money)

Probably the worst crypto experience but thankfully Pipeflare showed thier true colours early.. They have a bunch of really bad moderators on Discord and they do not respond well to constructive criticism, Just a bunch of greedy so called zombie business men!
So Beware!
You'd be better off buying crypto than waisting your money on a subscription to this disreputable company.
They even started taking money from my account without my permission hence the update to witch I promptly reported them to my bank.
They won't respond to my emails at all, my bank repaid me and blocked them!
I have one thing to be greatful for and that's I learned to keep away from Sharks like scammers like Pipeflare they are nothing but fraudulent liar's.

The website is disappointing. You're spending your life waiting for that page to load.

In the summer of 2024, Pipeflare made the controversial decision to ban hundreds of users, including premium account holders, citing "scamming" as the reason. Despite the questionable nature of these bans, the company’s response has been limited to a single announcement, inviting affected users to submit a ticket for a personal explanation. Unfortunately, this offer does not extend to reinstating access to their accounts. Shameful!

i have been a member on PipeFlare For more than a year now i had an account with staked tokens on 21 august 2024 my account was banned but i didn't do any thing wrong and didn't violate the terms in any way
so i reached for the support on 22 of the same month
and i opened a ticket the day after i was blocked from discord server too so i think this website it a total scam be aware everyone.

Hi Work - your account was banned for making duplicate accounts and having fake profiles. This is against our terms of service and is clearly stated on the website.

i don't have any duplicate account my brother have another account on another PC on the same internet connection check the IDs of the computer before just banning people.

they only ANSWERED when i wrote my review on trustpilot (power of word is mighty) all of the good reviews about this pipeflare comes from the people related mods and other to it and i want you people to focus on how they respond to any one had a problem with pipeflare like they are masters or something, these people are not honest.

Love the games

Me and my girl have been with pipeflare since May and we both love it! The main thing for us was to get through the initial struggles of figuring all the wallet stuff out.... But if you join discord from the start the support group is amazing! There has never been a time when I asked a question and it was not answered within 5 minutes or less! Payouts are automatically processed and have always been on time! I love playing the games and leveling up. The whole experience has been amazing. I don't get attached to many things in life but pipeflare and it's team have definitely Joined that short list of things! Thank you @troubs and @mrshadow and everyone else on the team you guys have really helped me more than you will ever know! Referral system is amazing as you can purchase referrals and make money off of them as well. I do recommend the referral package that is only available on the browser version as it includes like around 150 dollars worth of top tier referrals for $15.99. don't expect to get rich off of nothing with it but as a professional referer i have been doing pretty ok so far. It definitely beats wasting my money on gambling or something else that's not productive! Thanks guys keep up the good work you guys are doing amazing!

Bad news on this one, fellas. This is my first attempt at a crypto faucet and I didn't quite know what to expect or even what it was at first other than the site and the apps and the games. Not looking all that impressive and kind of retro. I don't think they're aiming for that. At least no more so than the visualization is like crypto fad with nfts and such. But participated for 2 months and was there almost every single day to receive my login reward and almost got to level 3 in their system. Had some of their crypto staked I thought it was going okay other than the fact that other than what was staked which ahead of value of about $0.30 would I'd actually received from the faucet with the other four or five cryptos had not even amounted to $0.03 yet and between playing the games to level up and beating their requirements and going through the process everyday of coming in and collecting my reward and getting my faucet claims. Definitely not worth the time and I was just getting ready to close the account as I decided well it wasn't worth it and then I signed in the other day and I get a red error message when I took to do so and states that my account has been banned. I've done nothing guys honest every step of the way. If anybody is playing any sort of games of deception or a scandal or dish, all honesty it would definitely be what's going on there so it didn't really seem that way until I tried to follow up on this and ll found four different links between the web page and their socials for invite to their discord servers because that is where you get referred for support. When I try to inquire about why my account had been banned and what it was they were going to try to claim but I did. I'm not really sure why other than I was getting ready to reach my minimum withdrawal on one of the faucets, but even still it was like a quarter of a MATIC which is currently worth about a dime. So it seems like much of a reason to ban me that they can't afford a dime! However, all four links were expired and no longer worked and you can no longer get into their discord server to contact them for support and when the link on the web page and link on Facebook and Twitter doesn't work to contact their support in the first place.... Yeah I know better. That should have been the first thing I checked before. I haven't bothered going through with any of it was check the link on the sign up page for the Terms and Services and see if it actually takes you somewhere and shows you a document that looks like a T&S. And even more important, especially with the way things are developing these days and just continuing to get worse and worse which we need to band together and do something about before they take over the world with this scandalous stuff but support is pretty much worthless even if you can get a hold of them any longer as they don't try to help you at any of the places. I've tried to contact it in the last couple years. They Tell me things they think I want to hear. Like how much they understand and how they realize it can be frustrating and that it's okay. They're going to do everything they can do to help me and we'll get to the bottom of this together. But that's about all they say and they have no answers to questions or resolutions to problems. And the best you typically get is a comment about how they've passed along to the relevant departments and they will contact me when the determination has been made but that there is no timeline involved. Which is about as kindly as they can say that they don't care and aren't going to help and they run a business. I know very well that they don't do anything if that doesn't have a timeline involved and everything is rigorously planned executed. Well that's the state here. The links are dead. Well they're not dead but they're expired with discord and they won't allow you under the server. And it doesn't appear that there's any other form of customer support cuz it's a bad sign when you get referred to a Twitter or discord for support anyhow... DELETED FOR EDIT AT END ...Support is a problem but not with PipeFlare, you can't get to it! Don't bother with this scam!

EDIT: Thanks for carefully reading, Pipeflare, so you could respond properly as that was the entire point was I cannot get a hold of your support so way to recommend trying to contact you through them. Did you fix all your links, yet? Or is this how you contact support? If so, why is my account banned? And why couldn't I locate support's email address and only a link to Discord everywhere it was cited?

(It's sad these companies care more about their PR than their customers as they are much quicker to respond to a poor review than a support ticket, if that were even available in this case than I wouldn't have had an issue assuming you dealt with that properly.)

hahhaha their reply is the same with others that we are a group and stole a large sum of $$$$$$. this pipe flare will go down withdraw your money while you can or regret it later. this site is a scam. just a friendly advice
