The gaming system stop working and I can't withdraw my eggs to my wallet and everything is not working right

I am a Casual supporter and just renewed last July 25. was banned last Thursday, August 8, while just claiming daily coins. I had more than 80,000 1FLR staked, more than 350,000 2FLR, a couple of unused eggs and NFT's. I joined their Discord group and even created a ticket, but the next day, I was also blocked on their Discord group. Sent an email to their support, also no response until now. All my coins are now on their custody. Just a reminder to all Supporters, please withdraw all your coins before it's too late. The site is now a scam...

This is a reply to Pipeflare. Hahaha! Trying to steal? You are the one trying to steal the hard earned coins of your supporters. I've been using your platform for years. And that is not the reason on your email 😂😂😂. Scammers!!!

On 3/8/2024 alone, your account received an impossibly high 30+ eggs. This is just one data point to justify the developers' conclusion of wrongdoing

I have been with Pipeflare for 3+ years now & have always received great customer service! If you like gaming this is the place to be!

After many years of using Pipeflare and buying their NFTs out of the blue my account got banned for no apparent reason! I tried to contact their customer support that is done via Discord. I opened a ticket and a day later I went to check if there is a response only to find out that they banned me from there as well without me knowing why or having the ability to make my case. This is for sure not a way to treat customers!

In your reply you claim that I'm a part of a group that stole your funds. That is a total lie! I never been part of any group! I have being active from the early days of Pipeflare as well as I have bought your NFTs! You should at least make the least possible effort and double check before using your generic reply and accuse someone like me for a thief! You have all the info as well as my connected to your site wallet address that even a novice if they check will see that your claim is false! Please apologise and retract that comment!

Some how they got trust pilot to remove my review. I still have pending transactions from them for years now. Its a scam. Delete my post again and I will post another review everytime. This site is a scam.

Okay, I'll try to write in a less harmful way after I was hurt by this platform.
First of all, my english is not good and I'm really angry about this fact.

I have been using this site for years and have had no problems. But suddenly they banned my account for no specific reason.
I did not use any fraudulent resources, I did not use bots, I did not create multiple accounts and I did not use a VPN or proxy.
I tried to contact support to understand what happened and try to reactivate my account, because it took me a long time to level up and I had tokens at stake on this plataform.
Contact support is through the Discord server, I went in and opened a ticket and explained what happened, instead of answering me, they banned me from the server too, for no specific reason.
A total unrespect!

I was harmed, my account was banned and other users are reporting ban too and I was accused of a crime, which I obviously did not commit. (I have prints now)
My tokens is stolen, since they were staked on the platform.
The PipeFlare and its team are acting in bad faith.
I really hope that this review serves to encourage other people to stay away from this platform that is carrying out suspicious actions, to say the least. For those who are users, it is best to withdraw your funds and abandon this platform.
Do not put money into this platform, do not support this project, do not affiliate people and if you still use it, be careful.
It happened to me and it happened to other users.
And now, new positive reviews are emerging, at the same time that other people are reporting the same issue of arbitrary bans. I would say that this seems suspicious.

Response to fake accusation
We both know that this is not true, the ban is arbitrary. Without cause or reason.
There is no such thing as a group of friends were caught stealing thousands of dollars of tokens from the platform. There is a group of random people from different countries with no chance of knowing each other but with something in common. We have all been harmed by this platform.
I don't know what is happening, but obviously something is happening and it is very suspicious.
It's a bad joke to say to return something when what is happening is the platform committing abusive practices and appropriating its users' funds. I don't want to return to this community, I don't trust this platform one bit. You can keep my staked tokens. The only thing I want is for other people to be alert.

The project massively blocks users without reason. They don't respond to emails, they prohibit writing in Discord, they also ignore on Twitter. THE PROJECT IS A SCAM!

Its a fantastic play-to-earn platform for everyone that is into crypto currency.
The security is excellent and the customer support is very responsive and kind.
