For small parcels we use next day services of national couriers. We despatched your item in a timely manner, but unfortunately once it has left our depot, it is truly out of our control. We send tracking numbers to our customers so they can see the progress of their delivery at every step. We can fully understand your frustration at receiving the item a little too late for your purpose, but we cannot, did not and do not guarantee next day delivery as it is completely out of our control.

Then very prompt preparation of order, despatch and delivery.
