I run my business through Pirate Ship; even though I have a UPS account, Shopify account, and Shipstation.

Pirate Ship has a better UI, better tools, and they are extremely honest. I can't count how many times I've received a refund for overpaying due to some package discrepancies.

Funny, easy, FAST, honest. Good enough for me to take time out of my day to write a review. Most of the time these services are a necessary evil. Pirate Ship makes shipping fun. Or at least, not horrible.

Exceptional savings over commercial rates for the last 5 years, integrated easily with our eCommerce and the few times I've had to reach out to the swabbies they've been more responsive than a sailor to a flogging. Not only domestic, but also international which saves big $$!

I can't believe I never knew about Pirate Ship - it has saved me so much money and stress. The interface is easy and every shipment saves me money, printing labels at home means no need to stand in line at my post office or UPS, and I feel good knowing my packages of valuable art can be insured and tracked so easily and every shipment is kept in the same place so I can find it at my fingertips. Everyone should become part of the crew part of the ship on Pirateship!

Years ago a friend told me she used pirateship.com for shipping her Etsy packages. I decided to give it a try for myself and absolutely loved how user-friendly it was compared to other shipping platforms. It’s been 5 years now and I’ve shipped thousands and thousands of packages through pirate ship! Their customer service is unbeatable and I will continue to use them for years to come!

I am so thankful for Pirate Ship. Their prices are amazing and it is such an easy platform to navigate. Their customer service is awesome too. I wouldn't want to use anyone else for my shipping needs.

Pirate Ship offers highly competitive shipping rates. They also have UPS as well as USPS now, which is great! Their customer service has been second to none - they are so helpful and quick to respond. Their live chat is really effective. I would highly recommend them.

I have a small online business and every shipment except FedEx goes through Pirate Ship. They prices are the cheapest and they are super responsive to any questions or problems, helping with insurance claims when shipments to reach the customer. I have tried other label creators and Pirate Ship is the simplest and best. My website and ebay store both come into their website making shipping super easy. Many years with them.

I have used and recommended pirateship.com for about three years. It has always saved me money and been especially easy to use. Customer support is prompt and competent when needed--which isn't very often.

I've been using pirateship for over 4 years and haven't looked back. My ups and fedex accounts have remained untouched. I love the ease of use and confidence in knowing that I'm getting the best prices, due to the ability to see a variety of shipping options all at once. Their customer service really stands out, responding almost immediately and always happy to help, no matter how large or small the issue.

I’ve used pirate ship for a couple of years now and their rates are a welcome discount to other shippers, i.e. UPS or the post office. I recently sent out two boxes same size dimensions. One was 8 pounds. One was 6 pounds. I made sure that when I dropped them off at UPS, I confirmed the weight and the size only to find out that the package which was supposed to be shipped and delivered by UPS was turned over to the US post office in the states they were to go to and The United States post office upsized the box and the weight causing me to be charged more money for the shipment to be delivered to the designated address. I am being told by Pirate Ship that the measurements that’s a manufacturer of the box put on the outside of the box were the measurements for the inside of the box not the outside of the box. The problem with that is that the Post office enlarge the box by an inch in all directions and added from 8 pounds to 15 pounds, based on the dimensions, not on the real weight of the package. I have sent photographs with the measuring tape of the measurements of both inside the box and outside the box and the difference is an eighth of an inch between the inside and the outside measurements. The other package was increased by 2 pounds.
Again, which both were confirmed at the UPS store on their scale. This is very disheartening. I am not happy and am following through with pirate ship in hopes that they can see the light and refund me the money that I never should’ve been charged. Make sure you get a receipt with confirmation of the weight and size of your box from UPS or this might happen to you.

OMG! This is the best company ever. Not only is their process simple and easy to use, having the best prices around, but their customer service (I used their customer service support chat) is extraordinary. Very, very helpful to someone like me--a new, small business owner who is setting up an e-commerce shop for the first time.

There's no hassle with anything, they answer any questions I have in a timely manner, and their humor is wonderful. I've been using them for 2 years and I still chuckle at the spinning and winking Pirate. You can't go wrong with Pirate Ship.

One of the best services for a small business. I don't understand the 4.8% rating. The service is complete, easy to use, saves money, great communication with support. I use it for eBay sales shipping. 2 years in and flawless performance. A no-brainer . . . . a must have!
