Great service where you can save a bunch of money on shipping

I've been using this company since 2023 for my small CD business. It is perfect for those of us who aren't big enough business to afford subscription fees to a shipping service! I'm very pleased with the website, the ease of tracking packages on the site, and the page for getting shipping estimates. Also appreciate the emails they send out informing us of changes is shipping prices. Would definitely recommend this to others!

I have paid for expensive shipping software but always ended up canceling and going back to Pirate Ship. I connect my Squarespace and Etsy, otherwise I just copy and paste the address I'm using. I also like the saved package options, return labels are very easy, all the features which I do not have to pay extra for. All my small business friends use it too!

I've shipped over 3400 packages with PirateShip and never had a problem. The few times I've needed support, the response has been immediate.
