It is very easy to compare delivery times, costs, and insurance amounts across carriers in just a few seconds.

You can get a solid shipping cost estimate using your origin address and just the zip code of the destination. I use this often!

Should you have questions they are answered quickly, cheerfully, and intelligently!

A clerk at the post office suggested Pirate Ship to me. He had seen me there regularly mailing my Etsy packages and noticed I was mailing them a regular USPS retail rates. I've been using Pirate Ship for over four years now. I like saving money and Pirate Ship makes it easy.

I've been using Pirateship for a few years now and have spent more than $100,000 on USPS postage and UPS shipping.

It is one of the easiest sites I've ever encountered to use, allowing me to create shipping profiles for the different size packages I use and allowing me to customize what information I see from the integrations I have with Etsy and eBay.

In the VERY few times I've had issues, Pirateship customer service has responded to my chat message within 5 minutes (usually less) and has solved the problems or told me what was happening. Their Help section is one of the easiest to navigate also, so some instances can be looked up there.

PIRATE SHIP MAKES SHIPPING A BREEZE, TRADWINDS THAT IS. MAKES SO MUCH EASIER. MY RATE IS ACTUALLY IS 4.9 STARS, BECAUSE YOU CAN NEVER SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON WHEN YOU REALLY NEED TOO. JUST BY TYPING ALONE, GETS FRUSTRATING.
I LOVE THIS COMPANY. I WOULD TIKR TO A FEDEX IF POSSIBLE.

I use pirate ship almost exclusively. I’m not sure how they do it, but the savings are amazing!

I have been using Pirateship for over 5 years now and it's the only way to ship. Significant discounts using UPS & USPS.
I only wish they would make it an app.

Pirate ship is easy to use and saves me money. I can always depend on it to be up and running. So glad I found it. I use it daily.

An easy, excellent way to do postage for a discounted price. Tracking is literally at your finger tips, and questions are answered promptly, unlike the experience I've had with USPS. Pirate ship gave me a credit for postage on a package that was time-sensitive and didn't reach the destination in the designated time, which was above and beyond anything I expected.

The only problems I've had are all caused by USPS, not by PirateShip. For example sometimes USPS will "adjust" the size/weight and swipe more money, which PirateShip seems powerless to stop. I do wish they had SMS TEXT notification when that happens, but at least there is an email!

Meanwhile, their c/s has always been spot-on, and sometimes they have gone above and beyond to help solve an issue.

THAT SAID, those issues are few and far between. For every label, for every purchase, their system is easy to use, and they don't go in all the time and constantly "change" it like so many websites/apps do.

And to NOT have to pay any subscription fee to use it makes it WAY over 5 stars!

PirateShip is a great tool for vendors. I can sell on any platform and use PirateShip to get wholesale pricing. It integrates with my Etsy and EBay stores and I use it when I have local customers who need to ship, FB Marketplace and with my own website customers. It easily lets you copy the tracking number so you can paste that to your customer’s messages. It also lets you know how many days each type of shipping will take for USPS versus UPS, and that’s very valuable info for me.

I have used Pirate Ship for a few years now. I had an account with UPS but I could get better shipping rates with Pirate Ship. I have told others about it as well.

This is the best shipping service out there. Great for resellers. They have the best rates. Love the Simple Export feature for international shipments. But best of all is their stellar customer service! They really care about their customers and will even step in to help when USPS or UPS won't.

Always reliable and great customer support. Shipping prices are competitive with or better than other similar sites.

The BEST! Every experience I've had between everyday usage and things that I've needed help with along the way, has been a positive experience. Support is wonderful....and actually even FUN... to deal with. All is good here being with these Pirates. It's a well run "ship" in my opinion.

I've been using Pirate ship for several years now and find their cost for labels very low when compared to USPS, UPS, or FedEx. There customer service is also top notch. I have noticed others complaining about slow deliveries, Pirate Ship has nothing to do with the deliveries, they only supply the labels and the shipping time is solely in the hands of the shipper that you choose. I try to stick with UPS rather than USPS as they seem to be much faster. Never had a bad experience with Pirate Ship and I ship hundreds of boxes every year. All was good until I tried to submit this, Trustpilot is not very user friendly.

I have used pirateship for years and highly recommend it to all my friends and family. With the cost of postage constantly rising, it is the best option. Saves time and money.

They make it easy and the couple of times I needed the support team. They have been very helpful.
