Customer service does not return calls…

I order a reel using my credit card and received with no problems. A week later I submitted another order for two reels using same card. Next day I received a fraud alert and email stating I needed to send a pic of my credit card in order for them to further process order. I called customer service, received a voice message. I left a message asking for a return call and explanation. I have heard nothing from them

I ordered two 10 lb braided line. I never received.

I ordered two 10 lb. Braided fishing line, you sent me two 25 lb. Braided line ?. I called left messages and text messages, no response on correcting this matter. I want what I paid for, not a suggested replacement.

Like the style

Like the style. However, do not like the material. Sorry I purchased. Would return if possible. Will not wear. Very pleased with all the other products I have purchased from Pascifun.

As discussed in previous review. I will not wear the garment purchased. All other products purchased are great and will continue to purchase products as needed. Would like directions on how to return garmet purchased. Fishing shorts.

The carbon reels are fantastic always…

The carbon reels are fantastic always work and just got 2 of the carbon x2 reels.. my new favorite. I have 7 carbon x reels altogether. You can never have too many reels right?
On the other hand the rods I have purchased 2 PFS76MF2 rods and the first week using them the metal ring on both, the reel adjustment sleeve came loose and was dangling back and forth..Sent them an e mail with the issue and they just wanted to know if the rod was not useable..So I just cut the ring off and put it in the corner with some of my others..Looking now it looks like they don’t even have those rods anymore..I take my rod business elsewhere..

SAVE your $$, time AND frustration

Ordered AND paid for, IN FULL (nearly, $800) on 07.17, for 2 REELS. After many, many, MANY contacts... FINALLY recd ONE on 09.26. NO RESPONSE as to where the other one is...response from vendor..."be patient"...lol!
