Sightbeering-Tour
Sightbeering-Tour, Pilsen: 3 Std Stadtführung mit allen nennenswerten Sehenswürdigkeiten und immer wieder ein kühles Bierchen, laut Beschreibung.
Tatsächlich aber:
Wir haben uns um 15 Uhr an der Bartholomäus Kirche in Pilsen getroffen, sind am Stadion und an der Brauerei vorbeigelaufen und um 15.37 Uhr sagte der Guide Erkin, nun gehen wir zur Bar in der er reserviert hat und dann wird er sich verabschieden.
Auf dem Weg entlang Stadion und Brauerei hat Erkin immer nur mit einer Person gesprochen, welche die Infos dann an die Gruppe weitergegeben hat. Zu den nennenswerten Sehenswürdigkeiten gehört für mich auf jeden Fall das Rathaus. Nachdem wir das zweite Mal über den Platz gelaufen sind, habe ich Erkin gefragt, wo denn das Rathaus von Pilsen steht. Seine Antwort: "Ah, das ist dieses Haus hier."
Erkin erklärte mir gleich zu Beginn, dass er kein professioneller Stadtführer ist. Das ist völlig in Ordnung. Diese Erwartung hatten wir nicht. Wir wollten keine Jahreszahlen und die Geschichte hören. Aber anhand der Beschreibung eurer Tour kann ich doch wenigstens erwarten, dass die Sehenswürdigkeiten benannt werden und sich der Guide ein wenig Mühe gibt.
Wenn Sie Erkin für eine Tour mit einer Gruppe einsetzen, sollte er auch mit einer Gruppe sprechen und nicht mit einer Person, die dann mit den restlichen sechs Personen der Gruppe sprechen muss.
Wenn die Tour für 3 Stunden angekündigt ist, erwarte ich nicht, dass ich nach 37 Min. erfahre, wir setzen uns jetzt für 2 Std in eine Bar.
Als wir dann in der Bar waren, stand Erkin um 17 Uhr auf, mit den Worten, er müsse zur nächsten Gruppe. Was ist das für eine Planung? Meine Tour ist für 3 Stunden angesetzt, aber der Guide ist nach 2 Stunden für die nächste Tour eingeplant?
Das hätte ich alles auch alleine mit Google ohne großen Aufwand hinbekommen. Dafür brauche ich keinen Guide.
Noch dazu gab uns Erkin falsche Informationen zum Parken. Er schrieb mir bereits am Freitag, dass wir am Samstag auf dem Parkplatz neben der Bartholomäus Kirche kostenfrei parken können. Als wir ankamen prüfte ich das Schild. Da ich tschechisch aber nicht verstehe, fragte ich Erkin, welcher auch nochmal das Schild las und sagte "ja, ihr könnt ihr bleiben, alles in Ordnung." Es war aber gar nicht in Ordnung. Dieser Parkplatz ist samstags reserviert. Wir hatten am Abend eine Parkkralle am Auto und haben 30 Minuten mit der Polizei diskutiert.
Ich habe mich noch während der Tour beschwert und bekam die Antwort, ich solle am Montag eine E-Mail schreiben, dann werde man sehen, was man tun kann. Das war vor einer Woche. Bisher keine Reaktion. Man stellt sich tot.

Instead:
Erkin met us at 3 o' clock near the curch of bartholomäus. We walked along the stadium and the brewery and at 3:37 pm Erkin said, we're now going to the bar, where he made a reservation and then he will say bye bye.
On our way along stadium and brewery Erkin talked only to one person of our group, which gave the information to the other six people.
In my opinion the town hall ist one of the important sights. After we walked second time along the central place, I asked Erkin, where the town hall of Pilsen are. He answered "oh, it's the house over there".
First of all Erkin said to me, that he ist not a professional guide. That ist fine with me. We hadn't that expection. We didn't need history or detailed year dates from him. But on basis of the discription of your tour I can expect, that sights are mentioned without asking and that the guide take care in his work a little bit.
If you are planning Erkin for a group adventure, he has to talk to the group and not only to one person, who passes through the information.
When the tour is announced with 3 hours, I don't expect getting to know, that we're now going to a bar and the tour is finished after 37 minutes.
As we are in the bar, at 5 o clock Erkin gets up and said he now have to go to the next group. What's your planning? If my tour lasts 3 hours and the guide is planned for the next tour after 2 hours?
What Erkin did, I could have done by my own with Google with low efford. I didn't need a guide for that.
In addition Erkin gave us wrong information about parking. Already on Friday he said to me, we can park for free beside the church on saturdays. As we arrived I checked the sign, but I wasn't sure because I don't understand the czech language. So I asked Erkin. He double checked the sign and said: its ok, you can stay there. But it wasn't ok at all. The parking place is reservated on saturdays. In the evening we had a wheel clamp on our car and had to discuss with the police over 30 minutes.

Even without drinking, this trip was great
We were a group of 14 persons, everything was well organised, people are very helpful.
Our Guide Jakub was looking very good after us, make sure he will be your tour guide.
AK-47 shooting, kidnapping and a lot of fun made this trip unforgettable for our broom.
