Une expérience plus que detestable.

Une expérience plus que detestable.
nous commandons un moteur en échange standard, nous revoyons donc notre ancien moteur, celui-ci n'est soit disant toujours pas arrivé dans leurs locaux après 1 mois !
Nous demandons un remboursement et le revoie de notre ancien moteur, mais le moteur tombe de la palette lorsqu'il est entre les mains de leurs transporteurs, ils ont cassé une pièce sur le moteur.
il a fallut attendre encore 15 jours pour le remboursement.
résultat : 2 mois de perdu, pas de nouveau moteur, et en plus de ca ils me rendent mon ancien moteur, qu'ils ont fait tombé de la palette et sur lequel ils ont cassé une pièce.
j'attend toujours un remboursement de cette pièce après plusieurs mois.
perte de temps + d'argent.

Très bonne expérience

Très bonne expérience. J'ai acheté un moteur en échange standard, tout s'est bien passé. Certes, il y a eu une retenue sur la caution, mais c'est parce que mon bloc était troué. Tout est nickel, le moteur tourne, j'ai déjà fait 2 000 km.
