Brilliant Art
Arrived slightly later than expected but customer service was very helpful (specifically a lovely person called Emma). Arrived in near perfect condition and was packaged well (perhaps a little too much cardboard but may be the fault of the delivery company).

I'm sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived in time for the birthday, your order was placed around 8.30pm Thursday evening (28th April) which was just before the bank holiday weekend. We have a processing time of 1-2 business days for all orders and we also offer a quicker delivery upgrade which you didn't opt for. This is all detailed in our shipping policy and on the product & shipping information tab on every product page.
This is the first communication we have had from yourself, if you had reached out when placing your order we could have advised you on the estimated delivery timescales.
We will reach out to you via email to make sure any issues are rectified. Due to the reasons above I don't think it is fair to leave us a 1 star review, if there is an issue with your order please communicate with us first.

Great Quality & Impeccable Service!
My experience with the service was great. The user interface is very friendly and easy to use. I contacted the helpdesk through email to ask a few questions and I got a friendly response the following day. I received tracking updates on the whereabouts of my posters during the shipping phase and it arrived in the given timeframe.
Overall, I was more than satisfied by the service provided by Pit Lane Prints!

I got two 50*70cm posters and two 30*40cm posters, and when they arrived, THEY LOOKED SOOO GOOD! I was honestly blown away. And I was super impressed with the fact that I got a Canvas poster for £35 (50*70)! The customer service I received from Emma was really good too, she was super friendly, quick and more than happy to help :) when I get the urge to buy more motorsport posters I know where I'm getting them from
