I placed an order & wasn’t happy with the quality & fit of the items. I followed the return instructions within the timely matter. I didn’t receive a refund. I checked the order history & it said “Refund Failed”!! No explanation. Tried getting in touch with Customer Service to no avail !! After I paid for the items, plus shipping & handling, then USPS to return, I got nothing. Didn’t get a refund & the items were not sent back to me either!! They kept them & probably sold them again!! This is the worse experience I have ever had with any company. I will never order from them & would give them a ZERO but I had to put at least one star ⭐️ to be able yo do a review!!!

I ordered a top and it's to big and their is no invoice inside the package to return the item. I want a refund for the blouse I bought.

Do not order from this company. Cannot contact them for a return. Keep stating order not known. £140 out of pocket.

Clothing items ordered on the 6th March 2022 they haven't arrived and I've not received any tracking information paid through PayPal tried to contact customer service and was put into a chat about electronic equipment whole experience very stressful

Ordered 4 garments using their sizing guide all arrived but very poor quality and much too big. Tried to access their returns info for it to keep coming up saying you have no orders. Would not let me put an invoice number in or any info. No where to contact anyone, every time you try a different avenue it takes you back to the same page and then freezes.!! Very frustrating. I am not prepared to be over £55 out of pocket so I have started a case with Paypal and if need be will contact my issuing card bank. Regardless of what their advertising tells you about being able to return items they make it virtually impossible.

I bought 2 t-shirts only 1 arrived and when I went to PayPal with a complaint because there was a ref delivery number it got thrown out. I also emailed this company and never got a reply.STAY CLEAR

This company is run by Muppets that do nothing but rip you off….. i ordered two dresses and they arrived but not as described and total crap !!!
I tried to claim through paypal and they closed the case as i couldnt get hold of them to respond to my issue…??? They compsny finally responded to me via email saying ide gone past my 6 week return date even though i tried to get hold of them two days after receiving the items…. One week after purchase not 6…. You freaks, i only wish i could see these face to face they are complete rip off merchants guys stay well clear.

Do not buy from these I ordered a couple of dresses paid via PayPal never received items had no correspondence from the company had to email them through my PayPal information now it is saying I have no purchase on order that have taken payment and given nothing at all will not even answer my emails absolutely disgusting way to do business 😠

I ordered $185 worth of merchandise on 8/25/21 and it was never received. The money was withdrawn from my account on the day of the order. There's no customer service to contact for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely appalled by the style and quality of these dresses ( rags ) I purchased. Not worth the bag they were sent in ! DO NOT PURCHASE Anything from this site! Totally a waste of money! I have sent email and probably won’t hear anything back from them!

Ordered a small storage unit, but it never arrived. Went through PayPal to find out why, and was told by Piu that it was delivered, and gave a tracking trail. Gave the Royal Mail the tracking number. Guess what, it didn’t exist. I passed this on, and Piu said that they would investigate. No reply, no unit, and no money back. Don’t trust them!!

A month for delivery, cheap pattern all 3 dresses didn't fit, , tried to return on same day as delivery, strangely my email doesn't exist anymore with them Do not buy from this company unless you never want to return anything, another gift for the charity shop

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I made a purchase on July 10, 2021. Like others I paid with Pay Pal and the money came out immediately. Today is July 29, 2021 and I have not received my order!!
