I purchased my order on 4/1/21 $115.00 taken out of my account and NEVER RECEIVED my order. Contacting my bank for FRAUD.

I can't comment on the quality as I haven't received my order!
I paid through PayPal and it is now 10 days since I placed the order and despite reminders I have not even received an acknowledgement of the order?
I have told them I expect to hear from them today otherwise I will report this as a scam operation to PayPal

Today July 3rd 2021 there was a transaction of $36.87 taken out of my account from your company I've never heard of this company ever in my life not authorize a transaction and if I do not get a refund immediately I will be contacting their business bureau and I have a lawyer on standby thank you have a good day

I ordered leggings in January and never received them. My money was processed immediately upon ordering, although I never received my order. I was also charged an additional fee from my bank for my order being outside of the USA. I will never order from this company again!

Placed an order, money left my account the same day, item never arrived. I tried to contact customer service and read that the website could not be found. Give this cowboy outfit a wide berth. I'm sure I will never get my money back.

Awful! I ordered an item and the amount was charged to my bank account! However I haven't received a confirmation of the order and it did not appear in the subscribed web site which I had ordered the item. The only thing was that the amount was charged to my bank account but not received anything, neither the item nor the confirmation of the order. I can not even send a message to customer service to find out that what happened!

Placed an order on 15th April from PIU. Order was a lot longer than stated but thought this was maybe due to covid. When the clothes arrived they were all to bit even thought I measured up for all and they are very poor quality! I sent my order back for a refund and I’m now 6 weeks down the line with no refund!!! I’ve emailed both email addresses but no correspondence. Absolutely shocking customer service!! Spoke to PayPal but due to it not fitting the criteria for a refund from them… I need to keep trying to get it back myself. £85 worth of clothes that this company now has back and I had to pay postage for it all to go back and this company think it’s ok to keep my money!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I am disgusted with this company. I ordered swimsuits on 3/26 and canceled 2 days later before the order shipped. I keep asking for a refund but get NO WERE no phone number to call and on the site it says they canceled order and to be patient. When someone is on a fixed income 75.00 is not chump change. If anyone out there has a number I can call please post it.

Unfortunately, there was no option for zero stars because that's what this company deserves. Do NOT order anything from these SCAM ARTISTS. They obviously have no conscience, or they wouldn't take people's money and not deliver the order. Once they charge your card, you hear nothing from them. To add insult to injury when you login, it shows NO ORDERS. Totally disgusting behaviour and well-deserving of BAD KARMA!!!

Lemonnmoda, the problem. I ordered through them for a dress from PIU Fashion, and nothing for nearly two months, money gone from my account, so now will have to TRY and claim back from Pay Pal, here’s hoping. Keep clear from this lot of con merchants.

My payment was taken from my bank on the 5th May not received any confirmation at all from them not email or order number so it looks like I won't be getting my order

I ordered 3 items. They arrived fair quick but were nothing like the photographs. I returned them but after 4 weeks I am still waiting on a refund.
I would not buy again from this company.

It is not a good company. Terrible customer service. There is No way to return the items. 100% your money is gone and wastec. And if u are lucky and u receive items they are ext cheap and non wearable.
So bad cannot even give to charity shops. Sad i could have donated the money to some homeless then waste on this company.

Still waiting on my order and have heard nothing 4 wks and they were quick enough to take the money I will be posting all over social media about this company bloody disgraceful not even a confirmation email and I spent a fortune !!!
