The way that this company handled everything was with compassion and out of love. The first draft I got of my Shadow, I was not pleased at all. It didn't look like him. It was just off. It wasn't a bad drawing or anything, it just wasn't what I expected. But for me to be able to email back and tell them the changes I wanted made and apologized for being complicated, they didn't hesitate to help and adjust anything I wanted. Today, the second draft came in and immediately I was in tears. That is my boy. That is my Shadow. And for them to not know that today is likely his last day on Earth and to send over the most precious Disney inspired version of him, I can't be more grateful. This world is full of hate. But something so small of a gesture of kindness can make a difference in someone's life. So whomever my creator was on My Shadow, Thank you!

We rescued our mixed breed Daphne from the shelter two years ago and I've been frustrated by our inability to find images of dogs who look like her, for ornaments, paintings, prints, pajamas, etc. I was so excited when I found PixArt Creatives. I paid the extra few dollars to receive a digital image of the image they created - when I first received it, it brought tears to me eyes because the image really captures her personality and contains a depth of emotion. I had one minor issue with the coloring of her back, because the photo I sent made it look like she was darker than she is. I emailed them about this and they immediately let me know they would work on it and just a short while later they sent me the new image with coloring that matched Daphne so well. Again, tears in my eyes. I couldn't be more pleased with the work product and the customer service.

I ordered this gift for my friend and it came exactly as pictured. The team are very kind and helpful with any problems and they also give you a preview of your picture before shipping. Had a little trouble with the delivery however I had lots of help from the support team at Pixar creatives and in the end I received my parcel and I am very very happy with it.

This is the third portrait I have ordered and they have not disappoint! They are very patient, courteous and just nice! Their artistry is perfect! They will redo and redo until it is perfect to your satisfaction. I recommend everyone to do a portrait of your pet.

My furbaby passed away in May and I was looking for the perfect picture of him to have tattooed on me and to also frame in the house, I’m a huge Disney fan and came across this company. I’m so glad I did because it turned out perfect! I will cherish it forever x
