Exactly what I asked for, adjustments were effective and listened to. My mum was over the moon with how it turned out!

Love the artwork and customisation, but the quality of the mug itself is bad. Extremely cheap and made from China sticker still on, for the price it’s very disappointing

Your customer service department outdid themselves.. I had questions and requests and all were met with "no problem" and "is there anything else we can do"? They even shipped the package to my soldier son in Alaska! A one class services!!!

This was my 6th time working with PixArt Creatives and I’ll continue coming back. It’s been one of my favorite gifts for friends and family. Some portraits were spot on right away, and a few I’ve had to make several adjustments, all the while the team has been so courteous and responsive, leaving me feeling heard and valued. I was already incredibly pleased with my initial purchase and had left a 5* review stating so. Sadly 2 days after receiving the image, our beautiful boy crossed the rainbow bridge. I reached out to see if I can have some adjustments made to include his favourite toy. This was actioned within 24 hours and several edits were made so I could ensure I had the exact version I wanted to treasure his memory forever. I can’t thank you enough for all you did to bring some light to me and my partner in a dark time

The first drawing was lovely and funny, but one of the dogs looked sadder than she does in real life. I would have been fine with it, but when I mentioned it, you all jumped on redoing it, to give her the goofy smile she usually has. You all are the best!

Very responsive but the picture is about 60% accurate.

All 3 pictures I have gotten have captured the characteristics so well.

The portrait is amazing and the team is doing a great job catering to all the requests and is super fast and professional yet kind in communication. I am already in touch with them for a second portrait of my sister’s kids and their dog. Keep up the great work!

I had issues downloading and I must say they were absolutely amazing in helping me manage to finally download it. Their aftercare service was phenomenal with their help and assistance.

From the very first email I sent, they were incredibly responsive and professional. I am so glad I found PixArt Creatives. After losing our dog to dementia thought I would give them a go and sent in a photo. Admittedly the photo quality wasn't great, but they did a fantastic job. They even allow you to tweek it until you are truly happy with the result, capturing her perfectly. Communication is prompt and under the circumstances very compassionate. You don't just feel like a number, it is truly personal. I can't thank them enough for the artwork which will now leave me with a much happier memory of Lulu. I would highly recommend PixArt to everyone and would definitely use them again. Thank you!!!
