I looked at pictures on your site so…

I looked at pictures on your site so that’s why I thought you could do the picture I wanted. But it actually just looks like the baby was cut out and pasted on my husbands lap. Very disappointing especially for the cost of the picture.

If you changed your mind, you could have reached out for a revision. It’s disheartening because we put a lot of love into our work, and your positive feedback followed by a negative review is quite surprising.

We believe reviews should reflect the overall experience and interaction with our team. Since we hadn't heard any complaints from you before, this review was unexpected.

Regarding the cost, we believe our prices reflect the time, effort, and skill involved in creating personalized artwork from your photos. While we understand that it might seem high, consider how much we spend on other things that don’t hold the same sentimental value. For example, a dinner out can easily cost $50-100, a pair of concert tickets might be $100-200, and even a single night in a nice hotel can be over $200. These are fleeting experiences, whereas a custom artwork is a lasting keepsake.

Crying at how perfect my photo came out. My father being honored in our wedding photos is the greatest gift ever. The first photo sent to me was incredible, I had one critique and they quickly sent me the new edit. It was so perfect. Crying happy tears!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We have reached you on several occasions but we have not heard back from you.

The reason you did not receive it, it's because you provided a PO BOX number instead of a complete address. The shipping company doesn't know where to deliver. You can pick it up at POINTBLANK, TX 77364 post office, or you can reach them out and provide them the complete address.

Your order was placed on December 22, not in early November, and you received the digital delivery on the same day, well within our standard delivery time during the holiday season, which is 3-5 days.

Despite December 25 being a non-working day, we made an exception and processed your order promptly, as our commitment is to ensure our customers receive their orders on time. Our print handling time is typically 3-5 days, and the general delivery duration is approximately 5-7 days.

Considering these timeframes, when you placed the order, the estimated delivery window provided was 11 - 17 days, indicating an expected arrival between January 2-8. The tracking information currently indicates that the delivery is scheduled for January 1-9 and it was shown as "Estimated Delivery".

We understand the importance of timely deliveries and strive to meet our commitments. However, sometimes our hands are tied behind our back. We work with the information you provide and once we ship it, we can only hope for the shipping company to be able to ship it in time.

We are not a shipping company, and, like any other e-commerce website, we work with shipping companies. Delays, lost or damaged packages may occur but this should not alter your impression of us. We will always make it right to you if any of the above situations occur!

I liked how quickly and efficiently…

I liked how quickly and efficiently their customer service was. I dislike my photos I had them do two and had to pay an extra $25 for them to use a different photo and they both just looked botched. Ended up spending $75 for two photos I will not be using….don’t recommend

Now, regarding your comment about our performance, we want to be transparent. We are genuinely sorry if we fell short of your expectations, but it's challenging for us to address specific issues without knowing the aspects you find unsatisfactory. You have not requested any other revisions.

We acknowledge the challenges posed by merging old and damaged photos with modern ones and the limitations involved. That's why, your input is important. You provided us with blurry photos of an old damaged photo and expected it to look like a modern photo.

To avoid any mismatched expectations, we encourage customers to reach out to us before placing an order, enabling us to provide insights into the potential outcomes.

The issues can still be corrected in the TRACK MY ORDER page, by requesting revisions to the designers.

As for the price, we've charged only half the price for changing a photo, considering the adjustments required. It's essential to understand that changing photos post-delivery involves a new order. Despite the substantial discount offered, it appears that it may not have been appreciated.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and would appreciate more details on what aspects of the artwork you find unsatisfactory. This will help us address your concerns more effectively.
