I was charged $19.99 for a 4th sweatshirt. IT WAS CLAIMED TO BE FOR $4.99. I can tell my bank it was a fraud unless I receive $15.00 back on my account ASAP,

I think you have one of the worst companies I've ever worked with I didn't even want to give you one star but I had to to be able to leave this comment I called you guys about 3 weeks ago maybe a month and you said my refund was coming My refund of $29.68 was said to be coming never came never got the hoodie so let me remind you that I'm going to keep giving out bad reviews on your company and anytime I see you on Facebook or anything else I'm going to make sure that people understand not to buy from you because you don't do what you said you're going to do so just letting you know thank you very much for absolutely nothing and I promise you every time I see you Facebook comments bad reviews and that one star I gave you if it could go negative I'd give you five negative stars That's how bad your company is have a good day
I purchased two sweatshirts from the company. During checkout, I was offered the option to add a second one for just $4.99. However, when I reviewed my credit card statement, they had charged me an additional $15 shipping fee for the second sweatshirt—on top of the shipping I already paid for the first one—despite the advertised low add-on price.
The second sweatshirt arrived white but with a noticeable brown spot/stain on it. I attempted to return it, but the company completely ignored all my emails, leaving me with no way to resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, I was later hit with an unauthorized $40 charge from them for something I never ordered or authorized. Since they continued to ignore my emails, I had no choice but to dispute the charge directly through my credit card company.
This company is a rip off I ordered some multi vitamin that was supposed to be 30 fl Oz for $34. 00 but they sent me 3 samples size 30ml a big difference and now they don't want you to get in touch with the company. This is a scam.I will be reporting them to BBB. And they don't give refunds. It took 30days for me to get my order. VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED.
Received an email alerting me the amount asked $39.99 instead of $24.99 for the hair color. This was NOT the agreed amount.
👀👀👀
I ordered 2 bottles of the wash in shampoo hair color from getgrows.com. on 1/03/26
The charge came up under pixievouge.com... they. Charged 34.99 instead if 24.00 and as of 1/11/26they have tried to charge my bank account 39.99 twice now they won't answer emails they won't respond to phone calls its all automated and cuts you off after 10 minutes of pushing buttons to get a non english speaking human
