Pixmania/chip9
I ordered a Galaxy smartwatch in December 2023. I took advantage of the Oney x 4 payments offer.
I then received a notification that the order was cancelled as the watch was out of stock.
This meant that I had to source another watch through a different company.
Then after doing this I received a message on 21 December that the watch was being dispatched after all from Pixmania.
They also took the first payment of 91.32 euros off my Oney account.
As I had already received a watch from the other company I tried to cancel the watch with Pixmania but as it was already in transit I could not do so.
The watch arrived after Christmas and I notified Pixmania that I was returning the watch.
I had to pay the return postage from France to Portugal on a tracked delivery.
The watch was returned to them in an unused condition and still sealed.
Pixmania are now saying that the seal on the watch had been broken- it had not - and that no refund will be issued. They sent photographs but this was not how i returned the watch.
Further they will continue to take payments from my Oney account, the next one being on 21 January.
They want me to pay the postage to send the watch back to me - but I dont want it and never did after they first informed me that my order was cancelled.
Oney do not want to know - they can only stop the payments if Pixmania cancel the order.
By the way the supplier would appear to be a company called chip9 - or they are part of Pixmania.
I will never use this company again and will pursue them and chip9 until i get a refund.
