Amazing customer service, had an issue with the courier service and when I emailed customer service to have this issue rectified I was contacted within 10 minutes and the very next day it’s been confirmed my picture book will be sent to the correct address, the website is extremely easy to use and the quality of book is amazing!

this platform was really great to build books for my loved ones. However, the only issue I have was not being able to change the graphic on the front to a graphic that I made myself and wanted/a photo of our trip. other than that I loved it!

I love Pixory! I've ordered 4 books since I heard about them about a year ago and each time I have loved the process as well as the result. The website is super easy to use and the books themselves are amazing quality. The covers are all so cute and aesthetic, I love them!

Have purchased quite a few books now, they are easy to design, th stock is great quality and photos print beautifully. Definitely my go-to for photobooks now. Quick turn around time too.

I saw an ad pop-up for Pixory Official and thought it was perfect after researching different ones.

Guys please do not waste your time and energy I have had to upload my photos about four times now – there is nowhere to save them. Secondly, when you get to the editor part pray that your phone does not refresh or anything because again it will take you back to the start and again there’s no option to save your photo book.

I then thought okay maybe the mobile site isn’t very good. Let me log into my account from my laptop - I enter my details and ‘UNKNOWN USER’ pops up. I then try to do forget password and when they ask for my email it states ‘UNKNOWN USER’ but I can log in from my phone with the same details (????)

I tried to contact the live chat customer support because I can fully accept that maybe I’m the problem – but lo and behold as I began typing my message it came up with an error message ‘AN ERROR OCCURRED WHILE PROCESSING YOUR ACTION. PLEASE TRY AGAIN.’ I, like a fool, I tried three more times to type out my message sending a little bit at a time and of course it does not save the message regardless of whether you post bits of it or not.

I’m very suspicious of all these positive reviews because this has been so far from my experience.

I’m frustrated and over it – it is literally 2026 like a basic functioning website should not even be an issue.

UPDATE - 02/03

I’ve decided to leave my previous review in place and add this update, because I think it’s important to show how frustrated I initially was — and how that has now completely turned around.

Although their response asked me to reach out, they actually contacted me first within 24 hours. I later learned they were transitioning from an old website to a new one, and I appreciate that for small businesses, these changes aren’t always seamless. As soon as they emailed and asked me to log back into my account, everything worked perfectly.

I thought I would update my review once I had finalised and purchased my photo book. However, just before purchasing, it disappeared. I contacted Pixory again and they restored it for me — only for me to realise that I had accidentally deleted it myself!

While I haven’t yet completed my purchase, I felt it was important to update my review immediately. I have every confidence the quality will be excellent, and more importantly, I now know that if anything does go wrong, their customer service is outstanding.

For me, the true measure of a company is how they respond when things don’t go to plan. Pixory has been absolutely amazing, and I can’t thank Bien enough for the attentive and supportive service throughout. I’m genuinely looking forward to creating many more photo books with them.

I'm in love with the books. They are really a great eye-catcher in the apartment. Before every vacation, I get excited about designing a new photo book. The covers are really beautiful and unique. The quality, shipping, and especially customer service are really great. If there are any questions, you get an answer quickly. Absolutely recommended!

My book came out very beautiful and I’m so glad. This is something that I can look back on and also pass down to my future family! This is perfect if you want your photos to be physical like back in the old days ! I love my book and I’m definitely getting more to have a collection for my trips coming up!

I've bought a book off here for a memory from a trip I had with a class and I was so excited to use this brand as it was my first time ever making a memory book. I loved the custom designs and layouts. However, there was problems with shipping that's from my mistake of device but the support team was so helpful and kind, helping me solve the problem and guiding me here to getting my book over. They've made me feel seen and valued as a customer, I would definitely recommend using pixory as they'll help you in the purchase to the problems behind it.
