Cannot fault them, I’m obsessed with my books and can’t wait to continue building my collection! I had a minor issue with a mark on the back of my book but when reached out to customer service they were very quick at responding and immediately sent me a replacement for free. Genuinely really appreciate this the service and the quality has been 10/10 experience

I made this really cool photo album and wanted to give it 5/5 but then I wanted to buy and ship it to my home in Luxemburg and this country is not an option. Could you make sure it will be shipped in this country too. I know many friends who wanted to do the same and couldn't do it as well. There are many other countries that are not available, so please make sure that it can be shipped in these countries as well.

Ordered 4 books from pixory now which are always wonderful. Lovely presets to pick from and very easy to use and create lovely photo books with. Will continue to use them for future books. Reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that once I did have an issue after I created my book it came empty but this was resolved with the amazing customer service team and one time I did have an issue with checkout but again resolved super quickly and efficiently. Would recommend trusting pixory to help create your photobooks !

Everything was amazing but mostly customer service

I ordered two travel books and one was perfect, but for the other, a couple of the pages had printed out green. However, pixory were incredible in sorting out the issue. After sending a message to customer service, I heard back from them not long after and they were very apologetic and understanding and actually cared about making sure I was happy. They were more than happy to send me a free recopy of the book. This was all done very quickly which I really appreciated. Although there was an issue, I can’t help but give a 5 star review as the customer service was amazing and the quality of the books are very good.

I had such a great experience using Pixory to create custom travel magazines from our trips. The design process was easy to use, and I loved being able to turn our travel photos into something that feels like a real magazine instead of a traditional photo book. The finished magazines are such a unique keepsake and look amazing displayed on a coffee table.

When my order arrived, I noticed that a few of the photos didn't print as sharply as I expected. After reaching out to customer service, they quickly explained that some of the images I uploaded were lower resolution than what was recommended for print. They were incredibly helpful, guided me through replacing those photos with higher-quality versions, and even offered to reprint the magazines at no additional cost.

I would love if they made the stickers searchable so they are easier to find and I'm hoping they add more magazine layouts so I can make more travel magazines that have different layouts inside. Also, if I could copy different page layouts from one magazine to another that would be great since it takes time to customize them.

They responded immediately to a tiny issue and was more than generous and kind. I have ordered a hard cover book and magazine both were exceptional.

The albums have great quality and look really cute on the shelf. I’ve ordered 3 times (total of 7 albums) and have been very happy with them. I had some problems occurring which have also been fixed very quickly within 20 minutes from writing an email which doesn’t happen anywhere else! Amazing work for both the people creating the albums as well as the customer service team :) very pleased.
