They sold us a remain clutch for almost…

They sold us a remain clutch for almost 42000,00 and when I called back to find out when it was being shipped the representative that sold it to me was on vacation. I ended up talking to another person who then explained that what she sold us was not going to work in our machine. Ever since then u have been getting the run around about getting our money back. It has been over a week and the only answer I’m getting is they are wishing with accounting. I’m beginning to think we have been scammed but everything I read states they are a real company but at this point if they were a real company we would have had our money back by now.

Unexpected need for material. PJ was out of stock but kept me informed and worked with us attempting to bring in earlier than anticipated lead time. Jen C. kept us updated and answered all our questions as soon as she could find the info.

Excellent service and customer support. I purchased spare parts from Palmer Johnson, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Communication was clear, responses were prompt, and the team was very professional. Highly recommended.

Great employees to work with

Great employees to work with. All were very courteous and knowledgeable. Facility was especially clean and well organized (from the restroom and front lobby to the warehouse). Estimate and billing was very clear and in a timely manner.
