I talked with Jamie Gross after talking with many others inc. the manufacturer of the equipment we were working as well as the dealer for this piece of equipment and she was the only one that went the extra mile to help us get the parts we needed to repair our machine, courteous , professional, and timely, we greatly appreciate everything,
