The interface needs DEEP work, is counter intuitive and not productive at all.
I should be able to discard themes, so I don't even see them appear, it takes a lot of time to navigate through staff is not interesting to me. EX: Due to what I do I won't be ever using transexuals etc on my mocks, I'm not offended or against it in any way, but when I start searching and want to see new stuff I have to navigate tons of content that has no use to me.

I couldn't find half of what I was looking for because it was mostly for pride supported mockups. What about the 10 Christian mockups to the 300 pride mockups? It's not hate speech, just placeits discrimination against Christians in favor of pride. Please show some diversity and respect.

Recently they changed their UI and it's really bad. It takes more than 5 times effort and time to create 1 mockup.

Where other companies make user experience as easy as possible, and there is Placeit which makes it hard. They must have hated their customers. Not renewing my subscription again. There are other competitors that provide better service.

Man if can give no stars I would, I’ve been learning how to edit videos and happened to come across place it on YouTube, beware that it’s not 9.99 a month as they advertise with no fine print anywhere, you’ll get charged 119.99 for an annual subscription you have no idea about, I asked for a full refund by email and cancellation of my account within 3 minutes and didn’t not use any of their services but after 8 -10 emails later all they can do is counter offer me to keep a subscription with them. Provide a better service and stop wasting peoples time.

I've tried Placeit before and found a few wonderful realistic mockups with and without people

This time I was disappointed in the stationery mockups with and without people There doesn't seem to be any selection for rounded corners

Also disappointing is the overwhelming amount of AI generated images and backgrounds compared to the human models and backgrounds

I like that there are AI generated people etc but there doesn't seem to be a balance

The downloads I selected are out of exhaustion for not wanting to look at more mockups that weren't working I'm not satisfied with them but think they are at least alright

Seems Placeit has changed alot but then again I only used it once before and because I was satisfied, even thrilled, I came back again

PlaceIt has a great mockups, designs for my online store worldfinecrafts.com. I love help from theirs customer service. I do recommend.

The interface is so easy to use. I love it

Good but, their designs are quite basic. Not many options for various products, like wallpaper, cushions etc, quite limiting.

Something went wrong with my purchase, but after I sent an email, I received a prompt response and they assisted me wonderfully. The service was exceptional, and they handled everything with utmost care. This company truly exemplifies outstanding customer service.

Great variety of mockups
Great customers service.

Many of the models are too flamboyant or wild looking. Can we get some more young and middle aged looking models that look like everyday Americans. Most of the men models look like they belong to the lgbt community, which is not my audience for my products. And can we get more men without beards? I cater to police and fire, and that's not typical, especially for firefighters. There's also no mockups, photo or video, for two toned 15oz coffee mugs. The white tees always look like a dirty white in the photos and videos. Not enough heather color options for tees in photos or videos. The puzzle options are very limited. I use Printify for my POD products. Can you coordinate with them better to cover more products and colors?

Just sent them an email telling them their supposedly 'white' background is light grey and not white, which is a problem when creating mock-ups for e-commerce platforms that want Primary pictures to have white background. Instead of just fixing the code or whatever, they are telling me to use a 3rd party website and change the saturation. How does one get a white color by changing saturation? So I must pay them and also start running around for a service they already have but offering terribly
