This used to be great
This used to be great, but has turned bad very fast. The searching features and tags have been so badly messed up that it is hard to find what you are looking for any more.
In addition, the implementation of AI generated images is just really degrading the quality of the service

Cancellation of account due to billing concerns
I subscribed to Placeit and opted for the monthly subscription plan of $5.65 (15% OFF through the link of YouTube guys called Greg Gottfried) but you charged me an annual subscription of $79.99.
Despite the efforts made by Placeit's customer service team to resolve the billing discrepancy I encountered, I have ultimately decided to cancel my account. While I appreciate their attempt to switch my annual subscription to a monthly plan and issue a partial refund, I am still dissatisfied with their business practices.
The initial error in billing, coupled with the inconvenience of being unable to cancel my account as advised, has led me to conclude that Placeit may not align with my expectations for a service provider. As a result, I have cancelled my Placeit account and will explore alternative options for my needs.
I hope this update provides clarity regarding the outcome of my experience with Placeit. I remain open to revisiting my decision should there be any further developments or improvements to their services in the future.

Not a good experience at all
I revised my original review due to their outstanding and prompt customer service. However, as a seasoned graphic artist with experience with various graphic platforms, I would not recommend it for new or moderate users, as the interface is not very user-friendly. Or, perhaps one could say the opposite, not for seasoned professionals as the interface is difficult to navigate and unfamiliar for anyone used to the classic graphic editors. I'll be sticking with my old standby programs though going forward.

We used thier service and worked as needed. Accidently forgot to cancel and customer service by email was within 10 minutes and happily took care of everything i needed.

Very disappointed after trying it.
Very limited to what I was expecting. Especially with it appearing to be linked with Printify when I purchased, I was expecting much more along with integration for the price. After paying and using it, I was very disappointed. Maybe when there are more variety of mocks then I will appreciate it more

Not enough good quality home images
Not enough good quality home images. I need good quality images of home decor items such as rugs, round rugs, pillows, curtains etc. I feel like there are only a handful and I'm running out of images to use as I don't want to use the same image for different products. Would be good if you can expand your home offering.

Crap customer service.
Worst non English speaking customer service.
You re-subscribe through the app with google and they take money again whilst google subscription doesn't work.
Customer service don't speak english for crap. To be honest the images aren't the best anymore as there are so many better aps around. It's over priced and you can get better images with AI mockups now.
Massive waste of money. Get one of the other companies that's better or use Canva over this scam. Canva.com better for all things

Bella Canvas 3001 mockup images are too small for Etsy so I still need to Upscale them. Plus, there are too many mockups that are targeted for specific persons, themes, events that only few are left for general use. What's more, there are only few landscape oriented mockups.
