Product never received, email says it was installed, no refund
The product I ordered should have been delivered and installed 4 days from ordering In mid December. The installation company was supposed to call me to discuss a time.
They never called. I called Planeo 4 times to inquire when they will call and they kept telling me tomorrow, no the next day, before the weekend for sure 100%. They never called. Until I was so upset Planeo transferred me via phone to the delivery company - they had never heard of my name in their system and my order number did not exist. Planeo however sent me a confirmation email that the product had been delivered and installed already .
Planeo then said it was a mistake and they don't know where my product is and they cannot issue a refund until the order is found. It is now 3 weeks later, I have made around 15 calls with empty promises of a refund and I still have not received a refund.
The customer service person told me she is overwhelmed with work and it was a mistake and it happens sometimes.
This feels like a scam, I just want my refund for the 5000czk product that was never delivered to my house.
Awful, awful company.
update: I would like to add, that Nicole who called with me about 10 times, helped me get my refund back eventually and for this I am thankful.
