Easy to order and pay for with great post sale communication. Good online catalogue and sizing charts appear to be accurate. Delivery is very reliable and customer service spot on. Outstanding products as well. Why go to a motorcycle retail store where they never have the right sizes!

I went for the light Orsa mk3 gloves for the summer to replace the exact same mk2 ones I had before which had lasted me 5years. Can't really argue with that. Price wise I think it's also fair given the durability and finish.

I am very satisfied with the product and shipping. It was a pity that the chest protector sold separately was out of stock.

Choosing the right jacket is always difficult. I have the armoured shirt which is great under a leather jacket, but all the layers are way too hot in summer. The Urbane Pro MK3 is perfect. Enough abrasion protection with great squishy armour. On-line information is good and sizing information is great.

The customer service is always exceptional! Orders are literally processed and sent within a day of ordering and only take a couple of days to arrive. The products themselves are absolutely incredible- the quality, fit and style is perfection.
